Heat went out overnight. The thermostat was reading 48°. Steve came out right away, parts in hand just based on our phone call and had the heat running in about an hour.

We were appreciative for the honesty in what we actually needed for our size home. Tony did not try upsell equipment that was not necessary. The entire process was very quick (since we were without any air conditioning) everything moved smoothly. Jason and Ryan were great with the installation and instructions for our new equipment.

We called Franzen on a Saturday as our furnace needed replacing. We spoke to Tony who was very helpful in making our appointment and making sure the right furnace was ordered. It was not too cold out so we waited until Monday for install. The technicians Armando and Shawn arrived, replaced the furnace in a few hours and did and impeccable job while maintaining their professionalism. The furnace and all other modifications look great, the pricing was reasonable, and they left our laundry room floor cleaner (lint-wise) than when they arrived. I will be recommending Franzen to all of my friends and family and using them for all future HVAC needs.

They came to the rescue when our home warranty failed to. We called them late morning and they arrived in a few hours. They were professional and friendly. We decided to install a new furnace and ac unit instead of making repairs to a very old unit. We were not pressured to install new units either it was given to us as an option and we knew it was time. Due to the time of day they installed the next day. They arrived promptly at 8 am when promised. All the techs were very professional and friendly.We are extremely happy with their work!!! We will definitely recommend them and use them again!!!

Logan and Trevor came to clean air ducts for my dryer today. They were very polite and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves they were fast and efficient. Franzen is always quick to come and fix any issue I have with my heating and air. They do a wonderful job as it seems my unit is very unique and not seen often. I appreciate all of their hard work!

Franzen recently installed a high-efficiency furnace and did a wonderful job. We needed an adjustment to the furnace, and they came out promptly. They also installed an AC unit a few years back, and we were highly satisfied with that install as well. Very professional, and great job!

The technician that came to our home was personable and informative. He explained everything very well and gave some good suggestions. He was not high pressure and seemed only interested in making sure that things were set correctly. We will definitely use them next time and for our upcoming AC servicing. A+ All the way!!

Overall good company. The owner (Tony) worked with my schedule and was able to fit me in at a convenient time. The tech arrived an hour after the appointment window which is why the 4 star. Once on site the service was professional and was informed of services needed to maintain the integrity of the AC.

This company is amazing! Logan came out and fixed a dryer venting issue in the drywall of my house that was an ongoing issues for months. He was a problem solver and figured out the issue at hand. Logan was professional, honest, and the job was done right. I am thankful I chose Franzen and would highly recommend them!

Our furnace needed replacement and we contacted three companies for quotes, including Franzen. Franzen was the most competitive with offering the best balance of product, service and price. The woman who answered the phone (and answered several of our questions) was very polite and quick to assist us. The person who came out to give the quote was not pushy and gave good recommendations. The installation team was on time and overall it went well. I did speak with Tony after the installation regarding a concern I had and he promptly addressed the issue. From everyone we dealt with at Franzen, it is clear that they are customer focused and were not satisfied until we were. We are very happy with our decision to use Franzen and look forward to working with them in the future.

A while ago I thought that my furnace was leaking and had Franzen investigate it. The furnace was not the culprit. Unfortunately it was my very old water heater that was the problem. I am lucky it didn't blow up, it was bad. I was quoted a decent price for a brand new heater with installation. What I am unhappy about is the price jumped up the next day when they arrived for installation. I am retired and living on a shoestring and it hit me hard. A friend showed me how inexpensive they are and I felt like an idiot and scammed out of my money. I know I needed to get a heater asap but between the cost and why do I really need

Eric, who was professional & efficient, just completed fixing our A/C. Obviously, fixing it is great. What makes this experience 5 star outstanding also includes the owner Tony being able to fit me in the same day today when I called him at 6:30 this morning, with the temperature now at 90F & a dew point of 70F.

As I have dealt with in the past, no obsessing over any kind of emergency charge when I spoke with Tony & not over charging me for the service call like HVAC businesses have done to me in the past since I have lived here. Already, more than 1 neighbor asked me about todays visit & I tell them straight out, they are a keeper! I will continue to recommend Franzen to everybody who asks me.

Franzen Heating and Cooling is a great company. They are knowledgeable and honest. I had them install a new furnace and A/C 4 yrs ago, they did a great job. This morning we woke up and the furnace wouldn’t fire. I called Tony, he tried to walk me through a few troubleshooting steps over the phone but it still wouldn’t fire. He came out and had it up and running in about 5 minutes. Thank you my man! I will absolutely recommend you to anyone I know that needs new equipment or service!
