We recently had our Air Conditioning Unit checked out by Franzen Heating & Cooling. Turns out the compressor needed replacement. Franzen H&C was quick to handle the situation, verified the warranty, & replaced the compressor. So far so normal right? Well, let me tell you, we love businesses that appreciate their clientele & Franzen certainly does. From Jason Berry in the office to Shawn McNeela out in the field for installation, all was a welled oiled machine that ran like clockwork. We were kept in the "know" from arrival times, estimates, & explanations of each step of the service, to a call back to say thank you. There are certainly businesses that just want your money. Franzen wants to "earn" your patronage & it shows.

I am very happy with Franzen Heating and Cooling. I called when I realized my furnace was not working and they were here pretty quickly. They checked and diagnosed the problem and were able to keep the furnace operating while getting and replacing the part. Would definitely recommend them.

We’ve relied on Franzen for over 15years for repairs, a new A/C, and routine maintenance. My experience today was excellent as usual. Our furnace was making a humming/buzzing noise, we noticed an odd “burning” smell, and it wasn’t pushing air through the ductwork. The tech (Logan) came out within hours of my call. He did a great job talking me through and showing the troubleshooting to diagnose the problem and got the blower motor replaced the same day. Thanks again!
