Franzen Heating & Cooling came to our rescue twice. Our air conditioner wasn’t working properly and they installed a new unit. We’ve been using them for over 10 years and highly recommend them. Logan and Ryan are awesome and Tony the owner is also great to work with.

Would highly recommend Franzen Heating & Cooling! Our AC went out during the July 4th Holiday weekend. Made a call to Franzen and Tony was promptly out same day to provide us with a thorough quote for replacement options for both our AC and furnace. Tony was fantastic to work with and really took his time to assess our needs and provide the best possible replacement options for our house at competitive pricing. They were able to get a prompt install scheduled for us, which was huge plus with the hot temps outside. Great communication all throughout the process. Shawn and crew arrived promptly in the morning for the install and were very professional, courteous, and treated our home with great care. They wrapped up in the afternoon and gave us a great intro and tutorial of the new system. Absolutely love our new system and the outstanding service Franzen provided throughout the entire process!

Great install of new Trane furnace and air conditioner. Price was significantly below the competition. Very skilled sheet metal work and routing of drain piping by Logan and Shawn. Fitment was perfect. Don’t hesitate to use Franzen for your HVAC needs.

Great experience. I called and Tony came out the very same day when our heat went out this week. Heck he even came out on a Sunday when most other companies who claim to have 24/7 service weren’t available. That in itself is fantastic. He came in, was able to diagnose the issue and gave us an estimate. Service was performed the very next day. Logan was very professional, thorough and just overall great. Communication has also been wonderful. I am so happy that we contacted them and I will be sure recommend them to anyone who may be a need of their service.

Called Tony at 6pm when we realized our water heater was leaking. He had a new one installed for me by 9am the next morning at a great price. Great quality service! Logan and Shawn were professional, friendly, and gave us great advice on maintaining heater. Just a good local company!

Franzen did an outstanding job of helping me select and install a new furnace and heat pump for our house. They answered all my questions about moving to a heat pump and the advantages. No sales pressure, gave me a few days to think about it. Once I made my mind up they were ready to install the next business day. Installation went without issues and the install person walked me through everything before the job was completed. I highly recommend Franzen Heating and Cooling!

Our AC unit died on the 3ed of July , Franzen had a tech here to access my situation and we needed a total AC overhaul of our 30 year old unit.
We were quoted a good price and great finance option I qualified for.
We just had our new unit installed by their crew and could not be happier , we signed up for the service on the new unit and our older boiler.

Our furnace had serious issues. Logan and Tony worked with us and did everything they could to fix it over the course of a week, but it was too far gone. We needed a new furnace. Franzen performed the install and did a fantastic job. Tony was more than fair on price. This is a wonderful team that you can trust. I would highly recommend them. Franzen has been our go to since the day we moved in! Fast, friendly, and reliable service each and every time. I have used their services for dryer vent cleaning, air conditioner maintenance, and purchased a new air conditioning unit when they could no longer keep mine running - which they were able to keep it running well past the usual life of the unit! They have also worked on a leaky pipe and repaired the wall like new! They are the friendliest bunch to work in and around your home!

Franzen did a full AC change out in June 2019 at my house in Aurora. They were prompt, professional, and appreciative of my business. After a few hot weeks, we can feel a noticeable difference in the house with the new Trane unit installed. Very satisfied.

Shortly after we purchased our home, our plans were to contact Franzen to clean and inspect our aging HVAC and hot water heater. By chance we noticed that a poorly installed flue pipe was badly deteriorated and needed immediate attention. Franzen came to our aid quickly. Our technician Jeremy was thorough. He reviewed how the HVAC system needed to be modified and HWH needed replacement and alternate venting. He offered a few options and scheduled the services within days. Installations and repairs were done by Jeremy and Shawn. They were professional, neat, knowledgable and overall very nice guys. I commend the Franzen Team for their quick action, reasonable pricing and practical recommendations. Left unchecked, our problems could have resulted in very dangerous conditions. Thank you Franzen.

Great family owned business. We worked with the owner Tony and his brother Jason who together have a plethora of knowledge to fix any issue we have had. They were the best priced contractor and have gone above and beyond to help us with our unit. I had an old furnace and AC unit that was over 26 years old and had been giving me trouble; leaking refrigerant, short cycling, etc. I got quotes from a few other companies in the area, but Franzen stood out as the best choice overall.

Logan came out to check out my system and gave me some solid recommendations. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated.

The billing process was smooth as well. Julia was quick to respond to my questions, even after hours, which made everything easier.

Really got a good feel for what equipment would best serve our needs after Logan explained a few choices and price ranges, right at our kitchen table. Logan wasn't just giving us a sales pitch; he was describing what he was personally going to do the next day. Logan and Shawn arrived right on time, protected the stairs and carpet, carefully removed the old equipment, and professionally installed the new equipment.
