My technician left with my lawnmower fluttering and sounds terrible its not running smooth for 450 dollars service should have been much better.

After the technician left, we found that the service issue repeated itself. Called back immediately and asked to have the technician circle back. And was told that would be possible. But that did not happen. I called to set up another appointment and was scheduled five or six days into the future, but never received the email confirmation. I called to set up the follow up again and was told we needed to wait another 10 days to have the technician return. I am very unhappy with this service and follow through.

Their technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. The company itself though needs to work on their processes. It took a month for them to fix my water heater. Bad gas valve. Cold showers for the month of November.

I had no problem with the technician. The two techs were knowledgeable and courteous. But I had an awful experience with the setup of appointments. It took seven appointments …3 were no-shows….before I got it repaired. I asked for someone to call and talk to me about all the problems I was having, but no one did. When you call by phone or use the website, the only option is to reschedule..usually a week out…when no one showed up. I found the whole thing very frustrating…but mostly because you couldn’t contact anyone to actually talk to them. I’m still waiting. Also, I seemed to be scheduled last on the list every time. I think that was the reason I was missed. If possible, could someone respond to this? Thank you.

Appt has been rescheduled 3 times by no fault of ours. Going back and forth with your company and our warranty company Choice to get this repair for our AC completed and we have yet to have this resolved. It’s now over a month that the repair part has been sitting for pickup and each time we have reached out, your representatives say the tech will pick it up prior to the appointment, but then the appointment day gets here and there is no tech!!! How are you still in business with this kind of customer service? Now you want us to pay for repair in advance when you have yet to keep your commitment for the actual repair appointment. There is no logic in paying for repair service before you actually repair it. The warranty company emailed the cost difference and your representative gave a complete different figure.. the inconsistencies keep adding up! Terrible experience and will never recommend!

Mr. Kelly was very professional, honest, and courteous. We dealt with another company and got the runaround left with a broken washer piston. Mr. Kelly was in and out in an hour in our washer is now fully functional!

Technician was great in describing the problem/fix for my riding mower. All required parts were ordered, received, and replaced in a timely manner.

The Techs on my Job were Over the Top Great, so this review has nothing to do with them. They on a scale of 1-5 are a 10. This repair took many twists & turns, but they stuck with it and made it a Winner for me. But the scheduling of the service trips which I believe were all AI, if Not the person handling this should be fired. Multiple times there would be a date set, a scheduled appointment. I would get contacted and asked if I would like an earlier appointment. I would accept that, then get set up and plan for it, then a couple days later get an update that my scheduled appointment had been changed, and now that Earlier appointment was now later than my original appointment and I am not talking days, in some cases it was weeks. The last straw was when I had no contact for probably 3 weeks, parts were shipped in and setting here, but nothing from Sears. Finally on of the checks on his own followed up on it and my job had been closed out.
Thank Much to may Techs Doug & Clay !!!!!

It took 4 phone calls and 4 service calls to successfully (I hope) fix my washing machine. The first time a tech came out he told me he cleaned the door and cleared a clog in the dispenser drawer. After that he ran a cycle and pronounced the leak fixed. An hour later I started a load of wash and again had water leaked across the floor. When I called to report that the problem was not fixed the call center agent I talked with told me my washer was leaking because I failed to clean a filter weekly. While on the phone I accessed the filter and there was nothing in it which I told him. The agent insisted that cleaning the filter had solved the problem, but when I told him the washer was still leaking from under the left hand corner of the machine he agreed to send a tech out the next day. That tech asked my husband what the problem was and as soon as my husband told him, he looked at the rubber gasket (?) just inside the door and immediately found a hole in it which he said was causing the leak. He ordered the replacement part and scheduled a new appointment. The day before the new appointment, I got a text confirming the appointment. Fifteen minutes later I received a call telling me I would need to reschedule the appointment. Approximately 15 min after that I received an email confirming my appointment and telling me what to expect the next day. I called to try to resolve the confusion and was assured that a tech would be there as scheduled the next day. Fast forward to the next day and no tech arrived. I called again and was given a new service date. When that appointment day arrived, the tech did in fact show he asked me for the part. I told him we had not received any parts. When he checked he said he could see an order for the part, but there was no tracking number. He reordered the part plus an additional one because of another problem I noticed. I was scheduled for a service call today. In the meantime, I had called more than once to report that my washer would randomly shut itself off part way thru a cycle and give an error code. When checking my owner’s manual, the solution listed was “unplug the power cord and call for service.” I requested service for this, but was told by a call center agent to unplug the washer and wait 60 minutes before plugging it back in and trying it again. This resolved the problem, but I don’t think I should have to do this in order to get my laundry done. I explained this problem and the error code to the tech who came today and after checking, was able to fix the problem and explain the issue to me.
I haven’t tried to use the machine yet, but I hope the problems are in fact fixed. I feel like this was a lot of hassle to go through to obtain service.

Washer worked until clay walked out the door. Already scheduled for another appointment on the third.

This is nothing against the technician but against policy. They say that they have, they would not fix my a window. Air conditioner unit because I took it out of the window instead of leaving it in when it was hot and I had to get another air conditioner. So therefore they said, I voided my warranty. And refused to fix it, even though I paid for years and years for this service. I could not in good conscience. Refer this company to anyone. And I will never purchase another service warranty that I pay for for years. And years, and then they decide, they're not going to help me get my product fixed. I missed a whole day's work 1 day last week. And they did not show up. And then this week, when they did show up, they would not honor their warranty. We'll have to report this on Facebook or any better. Business bureau, or anyone else about this company. And now they tell me that they will not fix my product and they're going to keep charging me for the warranty for a product that they will not fix. I will have to contact somebody else to cancel. That's warranty, even though they know they're not going to honor it. Spent two and a half hours on the phone, talking to different people about this.

His service was good however when he pulled fridge out there was a small puddle of water I saw it when he pushed it back. There was also water in the bottom tray in freezer side and under the tray along with dirty prints left. I wouldn’t have minded if he would have just told me. If I hadn’t looked that water would have froze on the bottom of the freezer side. I think if they not going to clean up where he worked at. At Least tell the customer.

Douglas was knowledgeable and competent. He performed the contracted services as expected. Sears appointment system is not great - the projected service window was between 7am and 4pm and never changed. I received a call around 2 from Douglas saying he would be there in an hour. He was :). This was a home warranty repair, so I didn't have a choice in providers, but I would probably go with a local, more people-centric company.

I didn’t choose any stars because if I could choose -100 I would this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life and I WILL not recommend this company to anyone I know and will let everyone know my experience the image is how he left my house WITHOUT telling me what was wrong just rolled out- unacceptable

Brian was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and adored by my pets. I would request him by name the next time I use Sears appliance repair.

Great service. I was very pleased with the service.
Ice Maker on my refrigerator is working like a charm now.

    The gentleman was very pleasant.
My only concern is for the length of time it has taken to have the repairs made to my washing machine.

After reaching a real person and losing TWO WHOLE DAYS where service was postponed, today went off without a hitch. The service people are not the problem. Getting them here through Sears without wasting DAYS out of my schedule IS, compounded by AI.

Clay was great. This was the first time he visited after 6 previous visits and finally fixed our washer after 10 weeks.

Warren was wonderful. From his cheery call to let me know he was on his wat, allowing our big dog sniff him upon arrival to going above and beyond in repairing our appliance. Highly recommend him!
