The repair man was named Bob and he was very nice. He showed up when he said he was coming. He was very polite and explained everything. I think he did a great job. You’re a little expensive on your price but Bob was very very nice man

Justin did a GREAT job! He was very nice & professional. He told me what needed to be done & then he did it. He explained everything very well & didn't leave a mess. Overall a great experience! I would definitely use them again.

We had sewage backing up in our basement at 8pm on a Sunday night. Michael came right out and was able to get the problem fixed for us. We felt the price was reasonable, esp for an emergency type call on a Sunday night. Very pleased. Would def recommend and use this company again.

I called Roto Rooter at midnight on a Saturday holiday weekend for a plumbing emergency. All their techs at that moment were busy, but they were able to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning and they were able to dispatch someone earlier than expected. Bob the tech came out and was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to unclog our main sewer pipe quickly. He was very friendly with our dog as well. Five stars for Bob! Thank you!

Jared was very polite and professional. He gave me options which we worked through. He found and took care of the problem. He kept everything clean while working inside and left everything neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Jared and RotoRooter.

Justin was an excellent technician. After service, I was informed that the camera tech would be coming by within the hour. After that hour, I called dispatch and they informed the camera tech was finishing up at another house. Another hour went by and I called dispatch again to learn that no camera techs were working. Unfortunate waste of 2 hours of my time.

It’s hard not to give Bob 5 stars he came in did an amazing job. That is what the 5 stars is for, unfortunately his amazing service is accompanied by rotos water clean up greed goblin. The water cleanup team came in and gave unrealistic scopes of work for grotesquely unbelievable prices and if you don’t like it they will make up words and categories.

My technician John was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I had a drain blockage and he had it taken care of in less than an hour. Very pleased.

I was able to get service in just over an hour when I discovered water backing up from our basement drain. Bob was friendly, professional and got the job done right. Another employee came by who specializes in clean up to make sure it did not get to the drywall, carpeted area or studs. Someone also came by with a drain camera to document the lines. Very pleased with my experience.

My home sewer line to the city line was backed up. I got a service technician within two hours of calling. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He made sure that my problem was completely corrected before leaving. I am expecting a follow up from a different tech to inspect the job, included in the price. A six month warranty was included as well. They also give military and senior discounts. The job was not cheap but it was fair in my estimation.
