We have used Polar Plumbing, Heating amd Air conditioning for several years. Residential as well as Rental properties. They have always been up front, quick to help, and offer fairly priced services. We have appreciated their help and Kyle is great!

Daniel and Conner were very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Daniel explained everything he was doing, gave us a couple recommendations but no pressure to purchase anything. This is the second time we have used them and I’m sure it won’t be the last. I highly recommend Polar Air.

The young man was neatly dressed, very polite. He explained to me what he was going to do flush out my hot water heater. He seemed very knowledgeable on what he was going to do. He was very easy and pleasant to talk to. I have no problem, allowing him back into my home to work on my appliances.

I worked with Zach on identifying the cause of sewage gas smell in my home. The whole process, including detection, diagnosis, pricing quote estimate, and job completion took only a few days. SUPER impressed with him and this entire company. Would DEFINTELY use again and would HIGHLY recommend. A top notch local company, a rare find.

We just relocated from Oklahoma and we were in need of a plumber. I researched plumbers in the Belleville area and I loved the rating that Polar has. I booked an appointment online and Zach was here by 9am Monday morning. Very professional and pleasant. I also signed us up with their monthly protection plan. I had an amazing experience with Polar and would fully recommend them.

They are very knowledgeable and professional. I love how they keep track of when tune ups need to be done. They are great at sharing recommendations but never pushy on getting things done.

My husband and I moved to a new house and had several issues with our HVAC system. Now we have a new system with a good warranty, and thankfully, they'll be helping us make sure we get the most out of its lifetime. The technicians made sure all was good which required some troubleshooting. All turned out fine. Really appreciated their diligence. It was a great pair working together to resolve the issue.

Called them after another company no showed. They said they could do same day from 2-4 and were ready to come by noon! The tech, nick was knowledgeable and quick!

I am super satisfied with Polar Plumbing Heating & Air.
I called Jarod and he came right away to check my AC unit. Unfortunately, it wasn't repairable. In the hottest weeks of the summer, we had no AC for two weeks.
Kyle brought and set up two portable AC units to keep us comfortable until a new unit could be installed.
Today was the big day! Dan and Connor arrived bright and early and finished the installation by 4:30. Dan went over setting up the thermostat on my phone and explained all the features. They left everything clean and did a great job.
Polar came highly recommended and they, in my opinion, far exceeded what I had hoped for.

The salesperson who helped us was professional and knowledgeable. The installers were skillful and very courteous. The installation looks nice. There was a little glitch from the startup up but it was fixed the next morning after a parts run.There are some nice incentives to buy now. There was zero percent financing as well.

Love how this company sends a photo of the service tech coming to the home. Kyle is very polite and thorough. He’s even looking into another project we want done. Their membership program is helpful. I make monthly payments so I don’t have to come up with $100+ at Christmas time for annual furnace service.

Zach and Jake came out to check on a toilet leak that I thought was causing our water bill to be outrageous. They thoroughly checked everything including the meter outside and advised my next plan of action. Polite, honest and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Nick and Casey did a good job replacing a valve under my bathroom sink/faucet. Within 24 hours of my initial call, they were able to make it on site. Great attitude, fair prices (veteran friendly) and fast service response. I'll be in touch for future services.

Dan came out and was very professional, ahead of schedule(which was nice) and was able to get our furnace up and running in very little time. Polar never lets us down anytime we call, whether it's plumbing or heating/cooling. I highly recommend them to anyone I can!
