This company wad so helpful. We have a home warranty and it was being very unhelpful. Matt stepped in and went ahead and got us back up and running before he even knew if they would get reimbursed for the unit. Would definitely recommend anytime to anyone needing hvac service.

Furnace had an issue and wouldn’t work. Called up Anytime and they were able to schedule me in the next day. The tech arrived, troubleshooting through all possible issues and quickly found the error. After cleaning the part, he recommended a better option to save money in the long run and set up a future visit. He checked all of the furnace parts and functions. After going over his findings, he gave me recommendations on future issues that may arise. All in all a great visit and great service. We’ll definitely call Anytime for future service and you should too.

I'm so grateful to have found Matt at Anytime H&C. I needed to replace a 10-ton commercial rooftop unit that went out, and fast. I reached out to other places for bids, and ended up choosing Anytime. Their American Standard unit wasn't the cheapest initially, but Matt worked hard to find creative solutions to keep costs down and save on our utility bills. The unit was going to be special ordered taking 6 weeks to arrive, and he had his team install temporary window units for our tenants in the interim. As if this weren't great enough service, the unit arrived 4 weeks earlier than planned and he had it installed ASAP. All the service people that helped install it were professional and dedicated.

Dalton came out and diagnosed the problem our blower motor was bad and he replaced it and got our unit blowing like never before I highly recommend him for all your HVAC needs

I would recommend Anytime H&C to anyone needing HVAC work. They were quick to respond to our home warranty call and Dawn in the office worked directly with the warranty company to get our AC replaced as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC services. They are the nicest people & do a great job with your HVAC systems for an affordable price. I especially want to mention Dawn, I believe she may be the front desk representative. She has helped me multiple times getting things done for my HVAC systems before a house sale. She went above and beyond helping me with questions I had about an inspection that was done & I really appreciate her help.

If I could give 1 million stars I would! Seriously, this company and Matt Maple literally saved us thousands!! I really cannot say enough great things about this company. I had quotes from 2 “five star” rated companies before Matt came out. Both of the other companies told us that we needed to replace the units (yes plural, both systems for around $40,000). We had been without air for about 2 weeks at this point (avg high 90 degrees these two weeks) before I called Matt. Matt is like a real live superhero!!! He came out checked the systems had them both up and going in about 30 min to keep us comfortable while we decide what to do about the units. He did all of that for far less than they told us it would be to fix just one of the units!!! You guys, this company is legit! I am just so shocked that he could have easily taken advantage of us and charged us some exorbitant amount, but he didn’t. Instead he acted with integrity and took care of his customer. He acted like he cared about us and that makes all the difference!!! We absolutely will NEVER use anyone else. Anytime Heating and Cooling is like no other. This is my 2nd time receiving service from this company. Brad has came out to my home both times and has been extremely thorough, patient, explained his process and any issues or concerns in great detail. Brad has really been awesome, and I find him to be very honest and trustworthy. You can tell he has a lot of knowledge pertaining to the systems and all components, and knows what he is doing. The staff at the office have always been very friendly, polite and helpful. I have received service from at least 4 other companies in the area and I am so grateful to have found Anytime Heating and Cooling. They have gained a new customer and I feel so relieved to have found this trustworthy company that I know will get the job done!!! I highly recommend giving them a chance and you will not regret their service!

Excellent professional service. I was looking for hvac estimate and I was quoted what I needed for my house. Matt explained what was needed for my home didn't try to quote the most expensive unit. He quoted me for the unit I needed. He will send me the paper work and I will buy the initial from Anytime Heating and Cooling. I highly recommend them

My furnace recently developed a gas leak, which raised immediate safety concerns. To address the issue, my home insurance company referred me to Anytime Heating and Cooling for repairs. After they assessed the situation, I received a message containing their phone number, prompting me to call for a quote. On the day the technician was scheduled to arrive, I was at work while my husband and our 21-year-old daughter handled the initial greeting.

During their visit, the technician called me directly while I was at work to discuss the repairs. He informed me that repairing the gas leak would cost $950. To my dismay, he disclosed that my homeowner's insurance would only reimburse $350 of that amount, meaning I had to come up with an out-of-pocket expense of $600 to move forward. Understanding the situation's urgency, I consented and paid over the phone. As if that wasn't concerning enough, the technician noted that the wiring of the furnace was improperly done and offered to correct it. He didn't do it because he stated that correcting was impossible.

Despite the significant sum I had just paid, the technician did not provide my daughter with a receipt at the time of the transaction. Feeling uneasy, I attempted to procure a receipt by calling their office on the same day, the next day, and even two days later. It has been nearly 3 weeks since that unsettling day in November, and it is almost December, yet I still have not received any proof of the work done. I am left in the dark about the specifics of the repairs and rely solely on the $600 charge that appeared on my bank statement as evidence of their visit.

This experience has left me feeling taken advantage of and increasingly wary. The fear of being exploited by dishonest service providers has made me hesitant to request further work on my home. The whole ordeal has shaken my trust, and I find myself questioning the integrity of those in the industry.

Brad and Colin were readily available to assist with my dilemma. They were very thorough, professional, and quick in diagnosing the problem. After consulting with my home warranty company, they were able to come to a quick solution. Within an hour, they had me back in business with my heat working perfectly. I definitely recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. Great company and great people!

Anytime Heating and Cooling was awesome! Had a few techs come out after discovering that my ducts in the basement weren't attached to anything. I initially went through my home warranty but SURPRISE home warranty sucks and decided the claim didn't fall within my policy. Despite the warranty declining my claim, I decided to hire the team to fix the ducts. What can I say? I liked their vibe, and my dog liked them, too! They were AWESOME! Every tech that came out was kind, personable, and they were willing to educate me on what was going on. They're clearly passionate with the subject. Pricing was VERY reasonable after I had previously gotten quotes from other companies, so my wallet was happy, too.

The experience made me want to learn more about HVAC. I ordered some books to start studing until I am able to get in school.

My central A/C bit the dust after 27 years. Anytime Heating/Cooling was the installer assigned to the replacement by my home warranty company (American Home Shield).

I have no complaints. Everyone, from the office staff to the installers, was courteous, responsive and professional. My replacement system was ordered on Wednesday, June 4th, and it arrived the next day. Anytime contacted me about an appointment cancellation that day, and my new A/C unit is up and running.

I would not hesitate to recommend Anytime Heating/Cooling to others in my situation.

Experienced problems with my central air. Dalton from Anytime Heat & Cool arrived early. He immediately went to work. Within 15 minutes, he identified the problem and initiated repairs. My furnace started making a loud squealing and thumping sound, so my home warranty company sent Anytime Heating and Cooling to check it out. The technician was in and out in under five minutes and insisted everything was fine. We both heard the noises and I even showed him a video of it but he brushed it off. I asked several times if a furnace is supposed to sound like that and he told me several times it was normal, then reported to my warranty company that there was nothing wrong.

It was clear those noises were not normal, so I called another company on my own. They immediately confirmed what I already knew, the furnace has a real issue. Now I have to go back to my warranty company and pay another deductible just to get the repair done. I have only been in this house for less than a year and I have already had a about a dozen different technicians come through as I work on updates and improvements. Out of all those visits, I have never had a technician be as short and off putting as this one, and he was borderline disrespectful.

My service provider was on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and when I was made aware of the repair cost it was fair and he never approached me with any outrageous fiance options for what needed to be done. A1 service!! I will request this provider if I need service in the future.
