Experienced problems with my central air. Dalton from Anytime Heat & Cool arrived early. He immediately went to work. Within 15 minutes, he identified the problem and initiated repairs. His overall demeanor was exceptional. Dalton was friendly, open, and willing to listen. I was extremely impressed with him. My furnace started making a loud squealing and thumping sound, so my home warranty company sent Anytime Heating and Cooling to check it out. The technician was in and out in under five minutes and insisted everything was fine. We both heard the noises and I even showed him a video of it but he brushed it off. I asked several times if a furnace is supposed to sound like that and he told me several times it was normal, then reported to my warranty company that there was nothing wrong.

It was clear those noises were not normal, so I called another company on my own. They immediately confirmed what I already knew, the furnace has a real issue. Now I have to go back to my warranty company and pay another deductible just to get the repair done. I have only been in this house for less than a year and I have already had a about a dozen different technicians come through as I work on updates and improvements. Out of all those visits, I have never had a technician be as short and off putting as this one, and he was borderline disrespectful.

My service provider was on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and when I was made aware of the repair cost it was fair and he never approached me with any outrageous fiance options for what needed to be done. A1 service!! I will request this provider if I need service in the future.

I was very impressed with Matt's professionalism and service-focused approach. It's clear Matt and Anytime care about the customer and their satisfaction, and not making the biggest sale possible. I highly recommend reaching out to them for your HVAC needs.

I have used Anytime Heating and Cooling for a few years now and they always come through with what I need. Recently, my new furnace was blowing cool air and when I called they were able to get a technician to my house in a few days. The tech was thorough and explained everything to me. That was Friday, and by Monday the new part was installed and all was well again! These guys are always kind, thorough, and truly will be there to help any time. Thanks again!

I was told by a Carrie Anytime Heating and cooling does not service Wood River. Clearly a lie as you advertise you service all neighboring communities. I had an appointment set up through my home warranty company, whom spoke with Nate. I was told by Carrie on Christmas eve, no such bid would have been accept from my warranty company as they do not service Wood River and a Nate does not work there. A quick look at the reviews have also shown that to be false!

10 out of 10 would recommend! Very professional, great at communicating. Fixed problem quick. Big shout out to Carrie she was so sweet. I am a travel RN and we had a great little conversation about that. I just love how personable this company feels it's like calling family to come help!!!

I needed a new furnace as my current one was no longer serviceable. My Home Warranty Company contacted Anytime Heating and Cooling Company to do the installation.
I have to say that the Technicians that did the installation were very professional ,knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
They answered all of my questions I had about my new system.
I feel that they are a credit to the company, and on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, I would have to rate them all at at least 12+.
I would highly recommend the company for any heating and cooling issues.

10 / 10 Experience with Steven, he came over and was very disarming. I was late to open the door to my home, he patiently waited almost 35 minutes, came in and diagnosed the issue, talking through the process the entire time. Don't waste your time with other places. A gem.
