My brother was having issues with his HVAC system. Called to inquire about a the HVAC problem. They were very helpful and answered my questions. Between talking to them and my brother, he called them to service his unit. It was Friday evening when a service tech arrived. He just jumped in and found the problem, fixed the problem, tested systems operation.....all was good 👍. He did a good job, was quick and seemed to charge a fair price. So all in all very happy with Sigman Heating and Cooling.

They are on time and will do anything in their power to make sure that you are taken care of. I paid Sigman $294.00 for a maintenance agreement, which included summer and winter cleanings. The unit was supposed to be cleaned, including the condensate drain. Ten weeks after the summer service call, the drain was clogged, causing damage to the ceiling and floor. Two calls to Sigman were never returned to explain how such a unit (that they installed) could get clogged within 10 weeks of being cleaned. Since it was a holiday weekend, I signed the invoice, paid an extra $252.00 for the 2nd cleaning, thinking I could resolve the issue with management after the holiday. The company will not respond to any of my complaints, leaving a very unsatisfied customer. I will never trust them again to service or install heating and cooling.

I bought a house in the historic area of Belleville to restore and called Sigman on recommendation from a relative. They came out and collected the necessary information to design a new system for the property. I never received a bid or any information on a system. I reached the man who was to be designing a system, (after 2 months) and he promised he would have something the following week. I did not hear from him. I have called numerous times with no return call. Why?? very disappointing and unprofessional. If you do not want or can not perform the service-be professional and return a call.

These guys were extremely responsive as our current furnace had stopped working and needed to be replaced. They came the same day we called and gave us an estimate. Then returned the next day to complete the installation.

The service technicians were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up the work area afterward.

I called Sigman Heating & Air Conditioning to fix my air conditioning unit. They were at my house within the hour after I called them. The technicians were very professional, clean, and friendly. They took care of the issue, all at a very reasonable price. Thanks for the excellent service, will definitely be recommending you!

Outstanding company and top quality work at reasonable rates. The HVAC techs are very knowledgeable and well trained. I've been using Sigman for over 20 years, and they're very honest and straight shooters. One more thought: Sigman doesn't pay commissions to its technicians to try to sell you additional services/products that you don't need, unlike nearly every other local HVAC company. If they say you need a part replaced or work done, you can trust what they say, and they're not going to try to sell you duct cleaning for $2467 (which a different HVAC company did to a retired client of mine = rip-off).

I had a great experience working with the Sigman team, from initial AC repair to installing a whole new system (old heating and air systems were over 15 years old and started giving me frequent problems). From the quoting conversation to actual service and install, the entire team was professional, on time, and very entertaining (I had a great crew who was funny and kept me laughing throughout the day)! Looks like I have my heating and cooling team set for life now!

Bob, Jake, Johnathan and Jerry were fantastic and very professional I can't believe they got the work done in one day. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and when done walked me through the new system. I will recommend Sigman to all my family and friends.

I called Sigman because I needed a inducer motor for my furnace, now I'm not disappointed in the service per say just the pricing of the item I needed. The sales guy was very nice and attentive to what I was requesting . The part I needed they stated they would have to order it and it would be about a week, pretty standard, but my family needed heat sooner than later. Their price was between 4 and 500$. I did my own research and found what I needed for 70$, so why the mark up? Sigman is nice but you'll pay for it in my opinion. I got the part I needed in two days doing my own research.

Can't say enough good about my initial phone call to Sigman and the service technician arriving at my daughter's home. Rather than trying to replace items that were iffy he chose to repair/fix and save my daughter some hard to come by cash. Her service tech was very helpful, polite and informed my wife exactly what was wrong and what he can do. Very thankful for good old hometown businesses like Sigman support these guys and businesses like them. We need them

I have used Sigman a couple times now and each time they were amazing! They fixed a gas leak and install my new furnace! Very knowledgeable and professional! They were on time and made sure everything was working! They will be the only company I call for any future service!

My a/c unit went out during a dangerous heat wave. I called Sigman Heating and Air Conditioning Company and they responded immediately. Jeff was the technician that came to our home. He was amazing....arriving on time with a smile that told me I was in good hands. He quickly located the problem with the a/c unit and fixed the problem. I am comfy again and I am thankful for the service I received from Jeff with Sigman Heating and Air Conditioning. I will be calling them again when I need service.

We had Sigman Heating and Air Conditioning install new furnace and air units just two days ago and both products and service were super!
Craig, Tony and Jason (just to name a few on the crew), were great at explaining the process, answered all questions and cleaned up the entire debris as well. We are well satisfied with Sigman and would recommend them without hesitation! Excellent job!

All of the people that I dealt with at the company were very friendly and professional. To the guys Zach and Zach, who put in my AC unit thank you very much. You guys were terrific. Definitely recommend this company

Quick response for an estimate followed by a quick install appointment. Tom and Luke were personable and did a great job.

Wow, what a great experience. Our air went out in the middle of a July heat wave, and the team at Sigman jumped through several of my scheduling hoops to get to our house the next day, assessed the issue, and got us schedule for a new instal the following day. The instal team was on time, friendly, and fast at getting our new unit installed. I would highly recommend the Sigman team!

We have built a very expensive house. When the owner said that he would install the geothermal loop out in our lake, he wouldn't come out to do so. I was surprised to see that an owner of a a pretty successful HVAC company didn't keep his word.

When he installed the loop in our lake, there was a section of the loop sticking up. The owner didn't come out for an entire year to sink that portion of the loop. He kept saying he would come out, but it took a whole year for him to do so after MANY texts and explanations to many who toured our house construction. This was the very least of our issues with the owner...please read on.

When we informed the owner that we were going to be moving into our house on 7/23/24, we noticed that the Sigman work was lagging and couldn't see how his work was going to be done on time before we moved in. After tens of texts, the owner finally visited us and said that we had nothing to worry about but still didn't send his guys to finish the job. Well, finally he did.
Sigman's guys were here working on floor ductwork WHILE WE WERE MOVING IN on 7/23/24. It was so horrible. The issues get worse...please read on.

Our son's lower level room is so cold in the summer because the owner designed the system with too many ducts going through his room. Even though the owner approved the Control 4 thermostats, he started blaming the thermostats when the issue was clearly the owner's ductwork design. The owner replaced some thermostats so he could study the problem which was a joke because the solution to insulate the ductwork was so obvious. When another issue surfaced where the master bedroom side of our HVAC "randomly" quit, the owner FINALLY came out to visit us. He said that he would get our son's ductwork joints insulated and, if that didn't work, he would insulate the ducts. This all occurred several months ago and the owner still hasn't done this...no surprise. The weather is now cold and our son's room is hot because all of the heat going through our son's ducts.

He finally replied in November that he would be out to address our son's room ducts the week after Thanksgiving which was so disappointing. Well, the owner still hasn't done the work.

The master bedroom HVAC issue? Yeah, it is not resolved either. The reason I am writing this review at 4:33am is because our master bedroom HVAC quit again earlier this morning which is the 4th time our system randomly quit. We woke up because our master bedroom area is cold. The owner visited us to check out the issue over a month ago, but he couldn't fix it. Now the issue has occurred three more times and the issue is occuring more often. The third time the issue occurred, the owner blamed this issue on the incoming power, but we don't have power issues. In fact, we even have a backup generator in case our power goes out. The last time the master bedroom HVAC issue occurred, the owner said that he was going to check the storage faults, but he never got back to us whether there was a storage fault. We are heading on vacation next week and feel pretty confident that we'll be coming back to a very cold master bedroom area.

Sigman's technicians are very nice and professional. The owner does not do what he says he will do and we can't be more disappointed in our experience with him. He will probably reply back to this review with excuses, but as an owner of a medium sized company our builder and I can't believe the terrible service we have received from the owner. Our builder and I have to wait several more weeks and then I will call another HVAC provider to come in and fix the owner's problems.

BTW, even after the owner finally admitted that there were too many ducts going through our son's bedroom, he still hasn't addressed that issue and we still have his thermostats in our house even though we asked them to be replaced with our original Control 4 thermostats which he approved.

I really recommend Sigman heating and cooling. I recently had my furnace and water replaced by them, and the did a great job in a timely fashion. The workers were on time, professional, polite and took their time to explain what was done and how things work. 5 stars to this company..... GREAT JOB!!!!!!

Called for service and had serviceman show up within a couple of hours. Repaired system and serviced as needed. Now works perfect, very reasonable cost.
