Excellent experience having air conditioner / furnace replaced by sigman. The old units were over 20 years old, maintained by sigman and never giving me problems. When the time came to replace finally, the price was below what i was expecting and the experience painless. Knowledgeable workers came, installed and explained anything i had questions about or was curious about. Highly recommend as sigman is my most trusted source for this work and the price was competitive. Pleased in all aspects of the purchase and installation

We have been using Sigman for many years for HVAC work on the properties we manage. You will be hard pressed to find more knowledgeable techs. They do a great job!

Very disappointed in this business and the unit that was sold to my parents in 2022; already two major issues with it, one being within months of purchase. Also, regarding both issues, my parents were told it was due to manufacturing problems, why would Sigman be selling top of the line products from manufacturers with these issues? My parents were shown a “top of the line” unit and all the great things about it, so they purchased it feeling it would be the best value and have the longest lifespan. It couldn’t be farther from the truth! Now two major issues later and no longer under warranty, very convenient for Sigman, they are left with a very hefty bill. All the coolant has leaked out, due to a malfunctioning unit, even with it being serviced in the fall of 2024, and this wasn’t detected as an issue. They were told all was well, during that paid service! Now they have to pay for coolant, plus the fix! Be very careful purchasing from Sigman, 0 out of 10 stars if I could. Shop around, there are better, more trustworthy companies.

Lifesavers in the Summer Heat!!! I can't thank Sigman Heating and AC, Inc. enough!! Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer, and they came out the SAME DAY to fix it! No wait, no pressure to buy a new unit--just fast, honest, professional service focused on fixing the problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Sigman doesn’t care about you or the work they perform in your home! I’ve called and spoke to two different gentlemen, catching both of them in lies in regards to my furnace’s warranty. They just don’t care. All my paperwork says I have a 10 year warranty and they won’t honor it. I’ll attach photos, please beware using Sigman. They are not good people and won’t stand behind their own work

This is the first time I have ever given a poor review. In this case I am compelled to share my experience with others considering to do business with SIGMAN. The techs are mostly qualified. HOWEVER, when the owner wrote up my job they received incorrect information from him and were not clear on what to install and how based on the agreed and signed contract (new construction) with the Sigman owner. Too many mistakes requiring too much rework mostly with the ductwork in the unconditioned spaces and bathroom fans. Following completion, on a geothermal 3 zone system, dampers repeatedly failed and the owner failed to respond and service them. On the third failure of the Honeywell dampers (now three years into it) I learned they were known to have failure issues. After 7 months of waiting the Sigman owner has still failed to return communication and own the problem that was still covered under warranty. Read the reviews, there are many bad ones. Joel Sigman is ill equipped to lead his team. He promises the world and is incapable of delivering on his promises. He states "I forgot" as though that is an acceptable response. When things go wrong, he makes more promises to take care of them and still nothing happens. Repeat, Repeat. If you are shopping price, he will beat anyone else's but you will get what you pay for. Save your self the aggravation and pay a little more to go with an HVAC company that has a solid reputation for doing high quality work and standing behind it. I finally called another HVAC company with outstanding reviews and literally no bad reviews. They not only explained why I should not want Honeywell dampers vs another better rated system, scheduled the work and came out within a few days to take care of it. All is resolved, the system works much better and my out of pocket was minimal.

Sigman has always been able service and help me fix problems with my central ac and heat, as well as my gas boiler/radiator system. Quality work in troubleshooting and professionalism.

The installation went smoothly and the equipment is working as designed. The workers were very accommodating and friendly. They answered all my questions on the new unit. They scratched my painted floors , but not a deal breaker. Happy to have the latest in air and heat.

Archway is the absolute best. They maintain our system. They also are the best when it comes to service. AC outside unit capacitor went out and they fixed it on a Saturday in just a couple hours! This team is the best! Thank you Marc and Brandon!!!

We had scheduled the annual inspection for our heating system in several weeks. The next day we had problems with the air conditioner. Archway scheduled rescheduled the inspection for the next day in combination with the air conditioner problem. Quick response fixed the AC and completed the inspection.

We have used the services of Archway Cooling and Heating since 2007 and had them replace our cooling and heating systems in 2020. We have been extremely happy with their guidance in choosing those systems. Since 2007, they have been reliable, and have provided excellent service. They are always courteous (Hello, Mark and Brandon, along with Mike, the owner!). We highly recommend this company.
