Came out immediately, discovered a concealed leak in addition to what they were called out for to check a hot water heater. Immediately addresses the concealed leak by removing a toilet that had a bad seal and opened the ceiling, and fixed that leak. Couldnd have asked for better service.

Every time I call they are very nice and patient. I had a problem and Stephen came out with his team and fixed it with no problems. They’re always willing to help and all around good people.

Stephen came out to my house to check my HVAC system. He found that my drain pipe is going slightly uphill and backed up causing my outdoor unit to over work and go out. He’s very knowledgeable and great company to work with. Will be using him for future repairs and check ups.

I have found Stephen with Oxford Plumbing to be an owner with integrity. He is very knowledgeable in HVAC and Plumbing. He provides military discounts. His goal is to help you get the best result you can, but won't just try to sell you a new system as the only option. Nobody is perfect, but he owns up to his mistakes and makes them right. I wouldn't hesitate using them for your hvac needs.

They were able to come out the next day and replace it as well as fix some piping to the heater at an affordable price.

We have had multiple great experiences with Oxford, most recently this summer when our A/C decided to stop working during one of the heat waves. I called after normal business hours fully expecting to get a voicemail - but I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered! She took down my information and said she would have someone out the next day. Stephen showed up just as promised and fixed our issue quickly! They have also done HVAC and multiple plumbing projects for us. They’re always the first ones we call because we know they’re all extremely knowledgeable, honest and will take care of us at a reasonable price.

Oxford plumbing was great to work with!!! After a TERRIBLE 2 week experience with CHOICE HOME WARRANTY (THEY'RE HORRIBLE), Oxford plumber fit me in their schedule immediately! They installed a new hot water heater and were $1,000 cheaper than Morrison Plumbing. Stephen was professional, pleasant, punctual and gave me a 10% new customer discount! I FINALLY HAVE HOT WATER!
