Sigman installed a Air Handler/Furnace in 2015 in our house. 3 Weeks ago the motor went bad in the Air Handler, motor was covered under Warranty. Paid $99 for Service Call to find problem, Tech did not have Motor to change on that call. Returned next day and changed Motor, spent total 45 minutes changing Motor that was under warranty. Charged Flat Rate Fee of $443 for 45 minutes of Labor + original $99 for Service Call. Price Gougers.

Technician Sam is the best technician in the company. He is a hottie with a body and knows his stuff. It's freezing this winter and he really knew how to turn up the heat. Will be requesting Sam again.

We had a sewer backup that contaminated the furnace room. Sigman coordinated their efforts with the plumbers and HazMat people to return our house back to normal.

I sent an email request for an estimate and received a phone call the very next morning. I was given several furnace options and Craig worked with me to determine which furnace would be the best choice for my home. I also got the lennox media cabinet with a 5 in. thick filter, which is much more efficient than standard 1 in. filters. The sales consultant and technicians were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I also purchased the yearly maintenance agreement. Overall it was a great experience!

Zack service tech came out during the worst winter storm of the year to get our heat system going. He found some issues and suggested some things to have our electrical breaker looked at. Definitely recommend Sigman and how fast they were able to come to my home. Thank you so much!

My brother was having issues with his HVAC system. Called to inquire about a the HVAC problem. They were very helpful and answered my questions. Between talking to them and my brother, he called them to service his unit. It was Friday evening when a service tech arrived. He just jumped in and found the problem, fixed the problem, tested systems operation.....all was good 👍. He did a good job, was quick and seemed to charge a fair price. So all in all very happy with Sigman Heating and Cooling.

I paid Sigman $294.00 for a maintenance agreement, which included summer and winter cleanings. The unit was supposed to be cleaned, including the condensate drain. Ten weeks after the summer service call, the drain was clogged, causing damage to the ceiling and floor. Two calls to Sigman were never returned to explain how such a unit (that they installed) could get clogged within 10 weeks of being cleaned. Since it was a holiday weekend, I signed the invoice, paid an extra $252.00 for the 2nd cleaning, thinking I could resolve the issue with management after the holiday. The company will not respond to any of my complaints, leaving a very unsatisfied customer. I will never trust them again to service or install heating and cooling.

I bought a house in the historic area of Belleville to restore and called Sigman on recommendation from a relative. They came out and collected the necessary information to design a new system for the property. I never received a bid or any information on a system. I reached the man who was to be designing a system, (after 2 months) and he promised he would have something the following week. I did not hear from him. I have called numerous times with no return call. Why?? very disappointing and unprofessional. If you do not want or can not perform the service-be professional and return a call.

These guys were extremely responsive as our current furnace had stopped working and needed to be replaced. They came the same day we called and gave us an estimate. Then returned the next day to complete the installation.

The service technicians were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up the work area afterward.
