When the codes changed regarding endangered wildlife our lighting needed to be updated to meet the new requirements. We didn't lose one day of productivity.

Berry was reliable, trustworthy, and delivered on everything they conveyed in the scope. I recommend them, and will use them on jobs going forward.

This company is great. The electricians are efficient and knowledgeable. The inside staff is also amazing. Also very knowledgeable and courteous. They are all very helpful, the whole inside and outside staff. Very quick at responding as well. I highly recommend using their services.

I had a few problems with this company, all with the dispatch section.

First I asked for a quote to replace an outlet. They could not provide a quote to replace an outlet, because “the technician had to see it.” Second, I made an appointment a few days in advance and they gave me a window from 9am-11am. I received a follow up email stating that the window was from 9am-1pm. When I called to confirm, I was told that they could not change that. It remained 9am-1pm.

They called me the day of my appointment to let me know that they had to reschedule to a different day because the previous job ran longer than expected. I agreed to reschedule. I asked if I would be the first stop and if the technician could be there at 9am. I was told that the technician would be there promptly at 9am.

They day of the following appointment I called at 8:45 to confirm my 9am appointment. The dispatcher told me they were running 30 minutes late. Cut to the end, they arrived at 10:00. I explained they would only replace an outlet. They pulled out a laminated sheet to show me the price.

This is when I asked them to leave. I could have been given this set price by the dispatcher, but I wasn’t. The technician had not inspected anything when he handed me the sheet. After researching the price later, I admit it was comparable to other companies price wise.

I felt like the situation could have been handled better with upfront pricing and better scheduling. In the end, I paid about the same price to a different company that showed up on time and gave me accurate pricing up front.

Luis was and is a class professional!! Polite, knowledgeable and clean. We will definitely be requesting him for our upcoming projects! Thank you Luis!

Overall great experience with Electric Work Force who helped move some outlets for me! Fair prices, fast work and a team of nice and friendly people! I will use them again if the need arises. :)

The team was outstanding! Installed 3 outdoor, outlets and covers, 2 interior lights and a new smoke detector in record time! Cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional!

The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is the upsell on parts is insane! Do yourself a favor and price out the equipment you need and either get it yourself and only pay for the install or negotiate to have them price match. Otherwise, all good!

Kevin, our technician, is extremely knowledgeable and was upfront with me on the advantages and risks of my project. He could have charged me a ton for a mediocre solution. But his honesty and integrity were paramount. I really appreciated how deep he dug to find a good solution our electrical issues. Highly recommend!
