Gayving arrived at his estimated time. He diagnosed the problem with the two outlets. He showed me the outdated wiring that was mixed with new wiring. He explained everything to me in a language that a novice could understand. He gave me several price options. Gayving was quite knowledgeable as well patient with me due to my unfamiliarity with with electrical work. He kept me engaged with the work at hand. He also cleaned up after finishing the work. It was a great learning experience. Job well done.

The techs that came out were professional and knowledgeable of the issues I was having with the breaker panel, and they offered realistic solutions. This is my 2nd time using them and are satisfied with the work completed. Will be a returning customer for all my electrical needs.

I have never felt so cared about. At the first visit, Kevin appeared to be knowledgably and expressed his concerns for my safety. Not only was Kevin great, but Ed the Manager/Owner followed up with a phone call to express and support Kevin's concern. As a homeowner, I am distracted and don't always have the financial funding to address immediate home repairs. I saw pictures of the electrical damages, which only confirmed the alarming experiences that I had witness throughout the years, that I ignored. Because of their approach and concerned, I felt that I needed to address my electrical concerns immediately. After two days of working in my home and speaking with Ed the Owner on three (3) separate occasions, I am impressed! Ed is wonderful, because he listens and really tries to work with you. I have never experienced so much integrity from a business owner. Usually companies are abrupt, rude, intimidating and impatient. Not these guys. On the second day, they brought in Oscar, another technician to assist with the work. Oscar appears to be another gem. Oscar is great and hardworking. After meeting Oscar, it shows that Ed is training his staff well! I remained impressed. It has not been easy for me throughout the years. I have been forced to accept services from owners/technicians that are rude, arrogant, condescending, disrespectful and don't stand behind the work that they do. Ed and his technicians are hardworking and doing a great job! I recommend Electric Work Force for seniors and single women, especially. I am on day three and will write a final review, when the work is done. Stay tune.

Electric Work Force has been a great company to work with. We needed our bathroom rewired and several electrical boxes replaced due to water damage. The electrician who came out to evaluate the situation and ultimately complete the job was Kevin Sotelo. Kevin is phenomenal! He is an expert electrician, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and was very respectful of our property even though it’s a very old house. He went above and beyond to get the job done well and in a timely manner, cleaned up all the mess afterward, and even came back a few days later to reinstall our doorbell after I mistakenly told him we didn’t use it. His assistant was GREAT as well! I will be contacting them for all of our electrical needs from now on. Looking forward to getting our panel replaced next. Thank you Kevin!

Excellent professional job. Oscar Avila was very helpful. He showed me two things. I did not know before one how to reset the GICF outlet in a reliable way and two that my heater did not work unless it was on perfectly level ground if I had known either of these before I would not have had to call you for a return visit

I had light fixtures installed in my garage. Setting up the appointment was easy and Kevin arrived on time with advance notice that he was on they way. He completed the work and performed a house safety inspection. I'm very pleased with Electric Work Force and will use in the future.

Luis was my technician today and he was fantastic. He was professional and easy going. He gained my trust easily and I will happy to have him back for any future work we need done! I’m happy I found this company.

Tech came out, I showed him what I believed needed to be done. He agreed that the work needed to be done. He also pointed out that the house is 70 years old and to pass inspection I would have to upgrade the way my electrical system was grounded. I appreciated that he wanted to follow codes and wanted to have the local inspector sign off on the work. Very professional, explained the charges, and gave me some other options that I will consider for future work. I will post another review when the quoted work is done next week.

Work completed.
Techs came out 3/24/25. Luis and Oscar were late getting to my house. They had said that they would arrive around 8AM but didn't get there until 10AM. No phone call to let me know they would be late. Immediately started working on the upgrades. They worked quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately they were not done by 4pm and said that they would have to come back the next day to finish up. Seeing that they were late I was a little upset that I had to take another day off from work. They showed up about 9am the next day and worked to finish the job. It turned out that the amount of work that was left from the previous day would have required them to return for a second day even if they had been on time. Oscar missed the second day and was replaced by Angel. He did a great job upgrading the grounding system. The Building Inspector came out and passed the installation. I'm leaving my initial review of 5 stars from the quote review because of the quality of the work. The only negative being the lack of communication when they were going to be late. I now have a house that meets current building codes with regards to grounding, 100 amp service, correct circuit breakers, and whole house surge protection. I have other work that I would like done in the future, and Electric Work Force will be my first call.

Kevin from electric works was very professional, respectful and detailed in explaining all the works it was supposed to be done. We will definitely call this company again. A little bit pricey but understandable as, a serious company, it gives you guarantees that a regular handyman would never offers.

Great job was impressed with The in-house electrical inspection. Luis was very professional explained everything replace the two outdoor lights and caulked around the outer edges. Great job will call again if I need further work.

Adrian and Luis did a excellent job installing recessed lighting in living room and dining room. It use to be so dark and now it's bright and beautiful. It only took 2 days to install 11 lights and a few switches. Very professional and reasonable. Will definitely be using them again for my kitchen soon. Thanks guys. Electric Workforce technician Ed came out, and solved our point problem. He also helped us prioritize further maintenance and labor. On top of both of those, when it came time to schedule work, he saw the pickle we were in, and worked with dispatch to get us taken care of - ASAP. A long day, more complicated than expected, but still left the worksite clean, made sure we were informed every step of the way, and gave a nice educational overview. Words are insufficient - but these folk are going to be trusted partners going forward.

Great personal care..Louis is a professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to his skills and field. Explained and went over everything with me.Now I don't have to shower by candlelight anymore.
