I had A Solution come by my house to help me fix my bursted pipes after a terrible freeze. I was given a few different options on how we could go about fixing the solution. When the time came to begin work, there were no hidden fees. Every question I had was answered, and I was left more knowledgeable about plumbing and how certain improvements could prevent future issues. However, at no time did anyone with the company attempt to pressure/scare me into immediately making said improvements. They were also very affordable. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to have work done to give them a call. I will be using them for sure for all of my future plumbing needs.

I was very happy with the service I received and work done by A Solution. I contacted them regarding a sump/ejector pit that needed venting and resealing with a new lid. Mr Rivera responded to my online request for a quote within a few hours of me submitting it, and scheduled a time to time over and take a look. When he came to do the quote, he didn't try to upsell or add on any additional unnecessary work - one other major company I called did - and the quote was very reasonable. After I agreed to the quote, the work was done quickly and professionally. Mr Rivera provided a few recommendations for things I might want to consider doing in the near future but didn't put any pressure on me to agree to this work. Overall it was as pleasant an experience as plumbing can be.

I'll add that A Solution had to reschedule my initial appointment due to the scheduled plumber getting in a traffic accident on the way to do my job, and they applied a small discount to my bill for any inconvenience caused. They didn't have to do that and I appreciated it.

A Solution is a very professional company. The call center is responsive and courteous. The agent showed up at the time stated. Our sewer was serviced, tree roots were pulled out within the first 30 minutes. My husband and I were given a reasonable quote to return to complete the rest of the work. We are so please and will recommend A Solution to our neighbors, family and friends.

Triny at A Solution Sewer& Plumbing was really great and attentive. Clearly knowledgeable and personable. He came in diagnosed the problem and made a few suggestions and continued to work until the problem was resolved. He was cautious about the cost and explain everything. Additionally he was on time and confirmed all information either by phone or via text. A solution will be mine and my families/friends plumbing support from now on. This company is very impressive they respond to your needs in an urgent matter you can get your situation fixed right away and with the best service there is. They are the very professional and knowledgeable of what is needed to find a solution to whatever problem you might have without a worry on the cost because they offer financing for expensive jobs if needed and they are courteous and hard working individuals that are clean and respectful. They have done tree rodding on our pipes several times in the past and it’s always a good experience.
June 06 2018 They just performed a sewer repair and I can say for now that some of the jobs they do are very manpower intense. My husband and I will most definitely continue to do business with this company for all our needs due to their hard working and professional employees. We will recommend them to family and friends for sure. Office Manager Trinidad Rivera is the best at what he does and I trust his judgements, outstanding service.

A Solution Sewer and Plumbing did great work. They were able to install a new pump in our ejector pit that is top of the line. It is efficient and quiet. Their work was quick and quiet. They were very considerate, going in and out of the back door not bringing in snow to the home. They went above and beyond wearing plastic covering on their shoes to keep their workspace clean. I would for sure recommend A Solution Sewer and Plumbing to my friends and family for any of their plumbing needs.

We called for emergency service for a bursted pipe. Multiple companies either never returned our call or confirmed an appointment and never showed up. Both of our bathtubd were clogged on Saturday. No other plumbers came out or called us back. A solution fit us in and Gabriel came out same day. When it became evident that they would have to cut through drywall, he returned the next day and unclogged our drains after opening the ceiling and cutting drywall. He kept our home as clean as possible and did the work efficiently. He communicated throughout. Gabriel & A solutions were reliable and dependable. We highly recommend them and would definitely call them back. Thanks so much!!

I highly recommend this company. Very professional and courteous from the time I called for service until the technician, Mr. Rivera left the premises. Since I couldn’t personally be there he kept me up to date by phone. The tub draining issue was resolved immediately and my tenant was happy. Will definitely call them again and recommend to others. Price was very reasonable!

When it comes to sewer repair, this company absolutely knows what they're doing! I called Monday morning and two hours later Mr. Rivera arrived on time and examined the problem. I got the price before they started and it didn't change. They worked replacing a section of our sewer line. They solved the problem no one else could. I'm so happy that I called A Solution Sewer & Plumbing. I wished I had called them before. I would certainly recommend Mr. Rivera and his crew and will use them again. Very polite and professional people.

I would highly recommend this plumbing service. I had an emergency problem with a broken pipe on a Saturday and they came out to fix it in less than an hour. I ended up with a clogged drain after they fixed the pipe and the tech, Trinidad came back out and fixed the problem with no extra charge. He was very professional and understanding. I have old plumbing and he was extra cautious to not cause more damage while still finding a way to fix the problems. Prices were fair and they stand behind their work.

Trinidad has done it again! Another complex job done brilliantly....very thoughtfully and carefully done with minimal demo. Not only do they know the business and complexities of plumbing but they are super great to work with. Even Peter, the assistant, was awesome. A Solution Sewer and Plumbing are consistently good. Theyre v responsive, timely and do a thorough job. We’ve used them twice now for clogged bathroom drains and they fixed the problem within a day. Will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs. Great service and good prices!

A Solution Plumbing did a great job rodding our pipes and cleaning out the catch basin. They were very courteous and professional. I asked for additional services but they said that it wasn't time yet. They could have taken advantage but chose to be honest instead. That's not very common these days. I will definitely use them again.

I've had nothing but excellent experiences when working with A Solution Sewer & Plumbing. The service is always efficient and fairly priced. I appreciate that all the work done is explained thoroughly and not in a condescending manner. Most importantly, they are honest! It's so hard to find good contractors in any trade. Had A Solution out last year to remove my outside catch basin. They came out in a timely manner and did an excellent job. My only regret and the reason I can't give a 5 star rating is because it has been over a year now and they never came back to restore my property, which was in my contract. I have called left messages and emails. Hold back some funds until job is complete.

These guys are great! I needed a new toilet installed. They were able to get us in the schedule right away. Our plumber found a bad part in the toilet we bought and called the manufacturer for us, had the part shipped right here and came right back when it arrived. He even offered to hook our old toilet back in while we waited a few days but we have another bathroom so it was all good.
Just a really nice guy who definitely knows his stuff. Our new toilet works great! We’ll be calling them for all future needs!!!

Had a pipe back up that needed to be replaced. A solution missed my initial appointment but immediately rectified the situation by coming out first thing the next morning. They were detailed and clear with their estimate as well as responsive to scheduling and any other questions. The day of the work they kept the site clean where they had to go into the drywall and installed a new pipe with an access point outside the wall so I can snake it myself go forward. It’s been two weeks and everything is draining fine. Really happy with the work.

These guys were great to work with. Professional, courteous, and prompt with their communication. They've been accommodating even when my tenants didn't show for an appointment, and even went above and beyond the call of duty by changing out their light bulb once. The work itself was solid and fairly priced, and my tenants are happy. Good honest folks who I would work with again!
