They lack professionalism, frequently fail to show up for appointments, and charge exorbitant fees without delivering results. Despite multiple attempts to contact him starting from November 29th, he consistently says he'll arrive but never does. Today's scheduled appointment was supposed to be at noon, yet hours have passed and he still hasn't shown up. Frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the significant cost I paid.
