Reviews of local pros in Carol Stream, Illinois

The first time I used a cleaning company I was dissatisfied with their service. I recently heard of this franchise and decided to give them a try. My house has never been this clean. It looks amazing. They showed up on time were very kind to my son and dog. They worked very hard washing baseboards, doors and cabinets. I am so impressed with the detail and quality of their work.
Thank you, Nicholas and Cecelia!!

They were able to accommodate my request for a last-minute appointment and sent a friendly and professional team to clean my house. They did a thorough and meticulous job, leaving every room sparkling and fresh. The Cleaning Authority - Carol Stream is a trustworthy and efficient home cleaning service that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and convenience.

Our cleaners were thorough and the house looked great and smelled so fresh!

We highly recommend the Cleaning Authority. Angelica and Emma did a fantastic job of cleaning for us today. Everything was perfect and spotless. They even found a pair of clip-on sunglasses that had been missing for months by cleaning behind a chest in the bedroom. Thanks for taking such good care of our home.

From the initial inquiry, the communication with the company was prompt and courteous. They were quick to provide a detailed quote based on my specific needs, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. This transparent and upfront approach immediately instilled confidence in their services.

The team was respectful of my home and possessions, taking care to clean every nook and cranny without causing any damage.

Cleaning Authority is
very professional including the staff in the office and the cleaning team. They have been cleaning our house for 12 years. We have had several different cleaning teams over the years. All are pleasant, courteous, and friendly when then come in the house. They do a fantastic job cleaning.
Keep up the great work!
Linda

The gals are super sweet and pay close attention to detail, very happy with how clean everything is ☺️

One of the finest house cleaning experiences we've had in years. The crew was professional, polite and thorough. Our black-market Persian carpets have never been so clean! What i liked best was the crew's demeanor - proud of their work and happy to be at our home. They were also respectful of our antique mirrors, stolen indian artifacts, and valuable fake Van Gough paintings. Even had an inspection from the company afterwards which I wasn't expecting.
Five stairs. Stars.

Jason and Paula did a great job cleaning my home. I’m one step closer to being ready for the holiday!

Emma, Daniela and Ariana did a great job cleaning my apartment. I highly recommend the Cleaning Authority 😀

Lina and Blanca from team 2 did an excellent job again on my house on 12/05.. I gladly recommend them.

Lina and
Blanca are a great team and did a super job of cleaning our home. Very pleased with our Cleaning Authority experience!

Amy and Aerie were professional, thorough, and trustworthy. Looking forward to having them back again!

The women arrived on time, with own supplies. Very pleasant. Got right to work and this initial cleaning took about 2.5 hours. So nice to have the entire house clean. Great job!

This was a great experience! Blanca and Lina did a wonderful job cleaning our home and were very friendly. I’m very happy with this service.

They’re very pleasant and don’t waste time. Dirty floor corners could look better. Bathroom chrome needs more polish

Thank you for Christine! Please send her for my cleaning. She took over as soon as she came in. This was a real deep cleaning. She was great. Great attitude, friendly yet professional. Elsa worked well too. But I think, Cristina is a star employee. Thank you

Jason & Maria were the BEST! They introduced themselves, asked if I had any particular concerns, and then went about their cleaning and did a thorough job. I hope their schedule matches mine, I would like them EVERY visit. Thank you.

I am pleased with the finished product. Everything was up to my standards of clean. I was told they would be here between 1:00 and 1:30. They did not show up until 2:00. I gave them a personal check for $200 Which was the agreed upon price for the first two sessions. I included a coupon for $25 off each of the first two sessions. I hope to only be changed $150 for session 2.

Tina and Sandra did a wonderful job. I had to go 3 weeks without cleaning because of travel and it was not good. Lots of hard work and they work fast.
