Reviews of local pros in Carol Stream, Illinois

This company has been cleaning for us for over a year. They are friendly, reliable and do an amazing job. Highly recommend them.

The team was great as always. The young man in training noticed our toilet was leaking and informed us so I called a plumber and my husband shut off the toilet. You have excellent employee s.

Good deep cleaning and professional clean is there, they have been coming on time with a smile on their face, they use my product to clean bathroom which is a high level of bleach to maintain the whiteness of the bathroom tub and jacuzzi color, also they listen to you when we want them to clean our bedroom first and kitchen together so we can use them as they are cleaning other rooms later, I am very happy with the service. Thank you Aaron and Nicholas for giving me a reasonable quote & best cleaners to clean my home.

My usual maid was not available to clean my house when I needed. I called Cleaning Authority and they accommodated my need. Very happy that I called them. They did an excellent job. Now, I have scheduled my future cleaning with them and am not going back to my usual maid.

Professional and did a great job!! I like that they clean blinds on windows. Cleaning was very thorough.

Great cleaning service! It's been super easy to get our cleanings scheduled, the staff are friendly and communicative, and we can do everything through an app. They also use their own environmentally friendly cleaning products which is a big plus. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend the Cleaning Authority! They do a fantastic job every time. My house has never been cleaner! It’s such a nice feeling to come home to a clean house after a long day at work, and I get my weekends back from the chore of scrubbing floors and bathrooms. It’s worth every penny!

They are always on time, fast and efficient. Easy to work with and do a great job. I look forward to house cleaning and am never disappointed. Thank you Cleaning Authority.

Very satisfied with service - they do a great job cleaning and vacuuming pet hair

The Cleaning Authority administrative staff and the employees who come to clean are dedicated, and do an exceptional job; both on keeping me informed of upcoming appointments and arriving on-time. I am especially happy today that they completely cleaned up after Christmas decorations were boxed and put away!

The girls always do a great job and are always very thorough. I am always satisfied with the job they do. The house always looks great when they are done.

Our first experience with The Cleaning Authority was great! Friendly service, knowledgeable professionals, and a well-detailed cleaning! I loved how they had a team of three cleaning the house. Looking forward to our continued partnership.

The team that comes to clean is thorough and focused while inside your home. They arrive on time - always. The business sends reminders two days, the day before and when the team is on their way. I am very happy with The Cleaning Authority which I have been using for over a year.

Very professional. The girls they sent to my house. Thanks to Blanca and Lina and Sandra for doing a good job.

When allowing strangers into your home, it’s a little nerve wracking. Any questions or problems I had have been answered in a timely manner and I appreciate the office staff’s attention and promptness. The cleaning team is so fast - they have a system and come in and get your house done quickly! It’s very convenient and I enjoy that there are a rotation of “focus areas” so each time there is a portion of your home that gets “deep cleaned”. Overall, it’s been a good experience so far.

So glad I decided to have a cleaning service. Cleaning Authority personnel are so very nice, polite and eager to please. The people who clean are very thorough and friendly. I’m pleased.

Lily and Blanca were great workers and communicated well about questions and concerns

Jina and Juliana do a great job. I love having a clean house!

Some how they got the water stains off my stainless steel sink. Very happy with them! They are very accommodating if you need to change a day.
