I had a plumbing problem December 11th and contacted this company to make a visit the same day. I had never used this company prior to this but will do so again. Customer service is 5 Star. They kept me informed of the technician's status and worked with my work schedule to ensure I was home in time for the tech to arrive, really appreciated the personal service and outreach. Then Steve B was my technician and he just continued the more than positive experience. He was courteous and professional. He demonstrated what I needed to know about my problem and had it fixed in a short time. He also took time to see if I had other needs. We looked at my water heater which is 10 years old and he did a quick evaluation and suggested options. This is what great customer service looks like. I will be looking at a new water heater after the holidays and will definitely call this company for that work! Well done!

Mack came out to diagnose my furnace as it had blown a fuse and it is 23 years old. Mack was great explaining all my options so I could make an informed decision. I was very happy to find that Precision could replace the furnace the same day. Very happy with Mack, he was friendly, professional and informative.

Jose and Armado were able to visit the same day to install my new furnace. God bless them, it was 8 hours. They were so nice and worked non stop until the work was done. After installation was complete they showed me the features and how the new thermostat works.

Brian Curnette was the best! Very professional, very engaging and very knowledgeable about his work. He described everything that I needed to know and learn about basic stuff in case of any issues that may arise when electricity goes. He is very honest too! Ray and Victor did an outstanding job installing our new furnace today. Very professional from start to finish — on time, organized, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the system, answered all our questions, and left the work area clean when they were done. Excellent workmanship and a great experience overall. Nick was great too. TBH, I woke up today not expecting I would have a new furnace by dinner time, but glad it happened!

Carl Ruehle came out to inspect the anode rod in our hot water tank and discovered that a previous company had stripped it while attempting removal. Carl took the time to thoroughly explain our options for replacing the hot water tank and also educated us on how to make better use of our water softener. He was extremely personable, meticulous, and detail-oriented throughout the visit. His depth of knowledge was evident, and he made a point of sharing and explaining everything clearly. It is obvious that Carl truly enjoys what he does. We look forward to working with him again for all of our future plumbing needs.

I initially had another appointment scheduled for another electrician's company that came recommended, but things became emergent on a Friday afternoon, so I rolled the dice and hit the jackpot. The electrician, HVAC technician for unrelated reasons 2 days later, were kind and knowledgeable and quick to fix things.

I was lucky enough that Ralph Cruz was finishing up a job and on his way shortly. He was awesome. So polite and kind. He was incredibly thorough in checking that all of the connections were functioning. He also explained everything to me in a way a layperson can understand and how that interplays with some basic building codes as well.

Ralph Cruz was so amazing that when my heat gave way 2 days later over a February weekend, I made sure they did HVAC and gave another call. I'm severely disabled and not having heat isn't an option. Ryan Bach was on his way soon after. He again explained everything very well, and said that my heat shutting off was a safety feature working exactly as designed, and showed me the offending wire. My furnace was up and running to a normal temperature again very quickly. As a hilarious bonus, my shy cat fell in love with Ryan Bach and was staring at him longingly from her chair the entire time he was here. I trust animal judgement.

Ray was informative, fast, friendly, and efficient. He did not make me feel pressured to do anything that I was uncomfortable doing… like spending more than I needed too!!! The best is that we talked briefly about other things besides plumbing and it felt like I was talking to a new friend. I would highly recommend this company and Ray for plumbing.

Precision replaced two water heaters and also replaced the faucet and down pipes on our utility tub. The service technician (Bryan) was outstanding—very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough.

Unfortunately, one of the brand-new water heaters would not fire up initially, and the technician had to replace the gas control valve on the new unit. While that was disappointing and something I would have expected the manufacturer to catch before delivery, the technician handled the issue efficiently.

Everything is now working properly, and overall Precision did a good job. I appreciate the technician’s expertise and commitment to getting the job done right

We updated our very old electric panel and an old fuse box that our furnace was running through. The electricity was jamming up in the old box and stopping the furnace from running. Our electrician Randy McDade did a great job with the entire project. He’s a hard worker and very trustworthy. Marina in customer service is also a gem! Extremely responsive and always answered my questions quickly. I’ve used Precision Today to install a new furnace and AC in the last few years as well as cleaning and maintenance on those units. I definitely recommend this company.

The installation was fast and clean as possible, and Bryan was a nice person as well. Precision Today Plumbing is lucky to have him working for them! Sorry to hear he will soon move to other state.
