Ran into an unexpected PVC pipe behind a wall as a part of installing a new window. Armbrust was able to send someone out the next day to assess and fully reroute the pipe around the needed space. Adam and Armbrust were extremely professional and showed exceptional customer service!

Armbrust sent out a good guy named Bruce who fixed our well pump. He was professional and would definitely request him again if another problem arises.

Illinois American Water has their customers routinely have the backflow on irrigation systems checked---the plumber who does the testing has obtained a specialized certification to do this. It's a rigorous process and every plumber doesn't have the credentials. Thankfully, ADAM at Armbrust has met the requirements. He's personable and professional. He can do all the general plumbing tasks you'd expect as well as this. We happily recommend Armbrust!!

Paid over $500 for a simple faucet installation on laundry tub. The Gerber faucet provided was installed with the handles positioned incorrectly. The two handles are in the 6 o'clock position when turned off. The handles nearly hit the spout when rotated inward to turn on. The explanation was "all handles are different". I'm no longer loyal to Armbrust - not the same service I've had in the past.

Timely. Thoroughly evaluatedy the situation. Concluded that we should give the waterline that was stuck a couple more days to see if it would fix itself, whether the problem was rust or ice or combination. That worked, as the water started flowing the next evening

After moving in and having so many issues- it was such a pleasant change to have a kind, competent, courteous & neat plumber arrive today! Tom H is the best there is! He took his time, knew his craft, and I feel lucky to have found him. Will definitely ask for him back!

Responded right away. Identified the problem and corrected it. Work was great and the price was fair. Wasn’t told I needed a whole bunch of extra work.

Tom did a good, professional job in repairing my shut off valve line. He provided some wise advice as a professional to help me avoid future problems. Out of Tom’s control is your markup on parts which to me are overpriced.

Bruce arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. He explained our problem and the solution thoroughly. He worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use Armbrust again.

Just would like to give a huge shout-out thank you to Tom. He was at my mom’s this morning, recognized faulty work by another provider, called them on my elderly mother’s behalf and got them to honor a warranty repair. He could have done the work and charged her but he went way above and beyond looking out for her, can’t thank him & Armbrust enough and will never call anyone other than Armbrust again. Thank you!

Replaced two water heaters. Max was very professional, tidy and helpful insofar as sharing with us how the units operated and what servicing considerations we should consider going forward. Would highly recommend Armbrust to everyone.

Called the day before and requested a early appointment for the following day and was told that wouldn't be a problem. Jim called me the next morning and was at my house by 8:30. Solved my problem and he was done in less than a hour! Will definitely have them back and Jim the tech was very professional and courteous.

Signed up for the "permanent" monthly plan and got exactly what I wanted. Armbrust buys the furnace filter every 6 months, installs, cleans Furnace/A/c. Emails me a detailed 6 page review of what was cleaned/performed with no bill as I pay monthly.
Nice relief from trying to buy the air filter online as mine is a 4 3/8inch filter which, online, is a 5 inch filter. No more returns!

I had water coming up through a drain in my basement. Armbrust was able to get Adam to my house quickly. Adam found a clogged sewer line which he immediately took care of. We have lived in our house for 40 years without any sewer issues. Because valves etc. had never been used in all this time, he also recommended having new valves installed. But there was no pressure to do so, but a friendly reminder of something to be considered. Adam was friendly and considerate and did a very professional job.

Lou arrived on time, evaluated the situation that led to an absence of heat in our Master Bedroom, and determined what part was broken and ordered it for delivery and future installation. It was an efficient process.
