We first booked Armbrust in the spring for a plumbing concern when we moved in and had such a good experience that when fall came, they were our go-to for a furnace check/tune-up. Galvin arrived on time, was super courteous, and walked me through everything—how to change filters, how to operate our “new to us” system, etc. Great customer service, professional, and overall very satisfied. Definitely recommend!

Armbrust Plumbing was excellent!! We had prompt service when our water heater broke (leaked all over the basement). They came out same day, replaced the thing in no time, and were very professional. They left the site clean and tidy. And they were upfront from beginning to end about pricing. They used high quality products and pricing was appropriate. It was my first time using them, but I’ve found my plumber for future jobs.

I do not know where to begin! This company exceeded my expectations 10 fold. Stacey was so patient on the phone with me and they took care of me like I was family. I had a not so perfect installation of my furnace by another company that is no longer operating...which ended up causing me several issues. They came the same day I called and I had heat that night. They proudly gave us a veterans discount which we really appreciated. This company was highly recommended to me and Im paying it forward by highly recommending them to all of you! You can thank me later..

We called due to unpleasant smell and seepage from our toilet. Tom fixed the problem, replaced and leveled the toilet. He did a great job. Very courteous and efficient.

I originally thought that the connections to my dishwasher were faulty. After Steve checked 4 or 5 different things, he zeroed in on the issue and went about fixing the problem. Steve was methodical and knowledgeable. I am grateful for Steve and his professional manner in solving problems. He is the BEST!

Called 7:30 am after one of the coldest nights of the year …. After awaking at 2:30am with no heat . They were able to get Dan out ( due to cancellation) at about 9:00 am . He was very courteous, informative and efficient !
Thankfully it was a bad thermostat which he was able to replace with new one he had on his truck . We had heat within 30 minutes ( my estimation) thank you Dan …. You’re the best !!

We had an unexpected backup of our sewer line and to top it off it was on Sunday. I called several places but it was Armbrust that responded and actually arrived about 1/2 hour later. Max was great, very efficient, great at explaining the process and potential other solutions if the first one did not work. The first clean out of the line worked and everything was up and running shortly after he finish. Thanks again for a great and quick response.

Adam from Armbrust came to rod our sewer line - same day service, came near beginning of time window, explained clearly before he started, was very efficient and VERY clean!
Part 2 - sewer plugged again one week later; called Armbrust again. Steve came same day and rodded again a few times, this time putting a camera down to ensure it was clear. Recommended Rootx. While we were happy Steve waived the evaluation fee, we were not happy to pay again to have the rodding redone within a week. Pat Armbrust called to discuss re-routing the sewer; also recommended Rootx (which we have done).

Adam, the plumber, was fantastic. Needless to say with a broken toilet, I was worried to death. He calmed me down the minute he walked in the door and assured me no matter what the problem was, he would be able to fix it or replace it so not to worry he was wonderful . He was efficient. Thoroughly explored all the problem area possibilities, and gave me all the options and then gave me his recommendations as if I were a member of his family. when he left my toilet was fixed the other one was working. Great, I was calm And felt safe again in my own home thank you Arbra for having plumbers like Adam people that actually care about doing a good job and helping others. Adam deserves a 10 instead of a five.❤️

Tom was great. He listened to what experiences I've had with our current disposal. He got it working again plus gave me options for getting it replaced or getting it removed & the area repiped. It was very easy to understand the way he explained it.

Armbrust sent Jim P. for the service I requested. Jim was very professional, and understood what I was trying to achieve. I told him of my preferred implementation for the isolation valves. He agreed that was the best choice and then provided an estimate for implementing that instead of what I had originally requested.

Jim knows his stuff. Its obvious that he has a lot of experience. He was efficient and thorough. I am very pleased with the work that he did.

We have had our share of plumbers but Armbrust was simply the best experience starting with actually scheduling the service to notifying us of when the technician was going to arrive to the actually high level knowledge and thoroughness that the technician, Adam brought to us, explaining the process and suggesting maintenance tips. We appreciate good, honest, quality work and
Armbrust exceeded all of those marks!

Tom was absolutely terrific in his two visits to us. First, he installed a new sump pump, and three days later, he installed a battery backup. On both visits, he was on time and extremely efficient. This experience reaffirms why we have used Armbrust over time.

Armbrust successfully replaced the humidity control on our HVAC system. The technician gave us a choice of controls, and explained the differences for each module, which I appreciated. Good service, fair price!

Tom was great! He’s patient and thoughtful. He explained my issue and didn’t push me into any solutions I wasn’t comfortable with and provided me with reasonable quotes. When he left, my issue was resolved and everything was great! I highly recommend Armbrust.

Jimwas great. I had a leaking pipe which I thought was related to the recent freeze. Our plumbing layout is very complicated due to various additions etc. Despite this he was able to find the bad pipe (related to an abandoned washing machine line) and repair it making only one hole in the drywall. Thanks Jim!

Armbrust was great. They were able to get to my house within a few days of calling them. Julia was very nice on the phone and was able to answer all my questions and get me on the schedule. Tom did a great job and explained things thoroughly to me before he started working. Pricing was very reasonable. Will use them in the future.

I scheduled a maintenance appointment with Precision Today for my furnace and received a comprehensive evaluation from Quincy. He covered the good and the bad points and used photos to show how he arrived at his assessment. As a result we have an upcoming appointment for coil cleaning, Quincy was able to replace the igniter during the evaluation appointment.

Bottom line: the furnace is relatively old but only needed what I would consider routine maintenance. I will continue using Precision Today in my home, the techs that have provided us plumbing and HVAC services are very professional and easy to work with.

Outstanding Service from Steve Bieganowski!

Steve B. did an incredible job installing our new dual pump battery backup sump system. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He removed the old pump, cleaned the basin (even found and cleared out debris and rocks), and installed a 35ACi Deluxe Battery Backup System with a smart controller and inverter. The system runs on both AC and DC power, includes an AGM maintenance-free battery, and features digital level control with integrated alarms—exactly what we needed for peace of mind during storm season.

Steve took the time to explain every detail of the setup, how the controller alternates pump usage, and what to expect from the system’s performance. He left the workspace spotless and made sure we understood the warranties and maintenance plan.

Highly recommend Steve and his team for anyone in Naperville needing sump pump upgrades or plumbing support. Five-star service all the way!
