After one company didn't show up for their appointment I call SS. Saif answered the phone and said he would be here around 5:00. He showed up early, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. The area was clean and workmanship was excellent. I will use him for all my appliance maintenance and repairs. SS Appliance were on time for the appointment. The problem was accurately identified, explained to me and then fixed within 2 days of the call (part needed to be ordered). I highly recommend them for fixing your Appliances. Also I was given a pro active solution for catching all lint that comes off in the clothes during washing.

Repairman Safi quickly determined the oven igniter wasn't working and replaced it with a part he had available. He looked very familiar with this repair and got the job done well in about 30 minutes. Oven is working correctly. Pleasant person to chat with a little also.
