Repair person told us that it would cost about $500 to repair and not cost effective, and parts not in stock, so paid the $79 service call and will get a new one. Samsung dishwasher less than 2 years old and of course no longer under warranty.

Great service! Fixed my fridge

The technician arrived to my property on time, diagnosed the property. The part needed to be ordered and arrived efficiently and he was able to install and repair the issue.

I was very satisfied that the technician fixed the leak in my freezer and can fix my oven after ordering a part. The only problem was that when he moved the fridge, my kitchen floor got scraped in several places.

I was very pleased with the service! They were efficient, timely and knowledgable! They diagnosed and fixed the problem that another company was unable to solve! I will recommend A+ to my friends and family!

8/22/24 I gave the above review before we ran the dishwasher, after a new control board was installed. When I started the dishwasher that evening it said water tap. A+ app came back out and told us it was a plumbing issue. We paid for a plumber to come out at $150 who said absolutely nothing was wrong with the plumbing and my husband witnessed the water flowing. Called Bosch Company technician out who said the control board was installed wrong and the cover for it was not installed. Bosch said they’d have to rewire the whole machine due to being installed wrong at a cost of $600 on us. We chose not to fix as the dishwasher became a sunk cost. So we paid a total $800.98 for service and merchandise for new control board, plumber service call and Bosch service call and don’t have a working dishwasher. I would never use them again and would advise you to not use them either!
