Alex went above and beyond. He came on time and explained what was happening to both our dishwasher and our dryer.

He advised “best practices” to ensure once repaired we keep the appliances in top shape. He even repaired a loose cabinet screw for me that I couldn’t reach.

Jay call center scheduled my appointment, Alberto came out to review two fridges. I was given diagnostic. No repair both fridges not cost effective.

Alex did an excellent job repairing a washing machine issue. Quick, efficient, and fixed perfectly. Everyone on the team is kind and communicates very effectively. 10/10, will use them again!!!

This is our second experience with Tiger and again they were on time, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. I had a great experience with Tiger Appliance Repair. Tiger Appliance Repair was referred to me one night by Angi (formerly Angie's List) as one of its top businesses doing appliance repair work on Chicago's North Side, and they reached out to me the very next morning. A technician named Alex came out and was wonderful! He immediately diagnosed the issue with my dryer and fixed it, and went above and beyond, providing some additional information about how I could prevent this from happening again, and pointing out shut-off valves, etc. I would definitely call them again and 100% recommend!

Had Sears come to fix my 2 year old dryer after the belt broke, but a few months later (after their service warranty period) it started squeaking. I called Tiger and they were able to come out a few days later and immediately identified the issue, which Sears just missed or ignored. Service was great and the dryer is squeak free now. I’ll go with Tiger over Sears in the future for sure (and that would be true even if Tiger wasn’t noticeably cheaper, which they are).

Tiger Appliance Repair did a fantastic job. They handled my call even though it was late in the day when other appliance shops were already closed. They set up an appointment for the next day and came first thing in the morning and fixed our problem in less than an hour. Professional service with complete competence and reasonable prices. I have passed this company's info onto my neighbors so they can benefit from them as well as needed. Don't hesitate to call them. They come up in the top five companies in the chicago area for appliance repair when doing a search.

Alex from Tiger Appliance is completely wonderful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the issue clearly. The fix resolved the problem. They did a great clean up. It was a completely positive experience! I would call them again!
