I wish there was a zero stat rating, worst experience dealing with a business ever, they’re super rude and unprofessional. Parts ordered by the home warranty company, after calling 23 times in a span of 3 months, they kept saying to me that they’re still waiting for parts, although tracking showed delivered by UPS and they claimed they never got them. Eventually warranty company authorized to pick up locally. Got the parts scheduled me for a week after and canceled, second time never showed up on time and had to reschedule for a week after. Third time appointment scheduled 10am to 2pm to me on the day of appointment they changed to 1pm to 5pm. I had already taken half a day off and had to reschedule as couldn’t wait, the rude lady refused to reschedule and hung up and canceled. After waiting three months had to start all over. Such a nightmare!!!!! stay away from this company!!!

1 star is too high of a rating. Very unprofessional, came a couple times and said they’d call us when a part came in to fix our ice maker. When I called them 2 months later asking where the part was the lady told us we should’ve called earlier bc they closed the claim. Then she said since she saw the low rating I gave them through my home warranty company, they weren’t going to come finish the job as retaliation. Hope the woman I talk to finds a better job soon.

This was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a business. The manager was extremely rude. They were contracted to us by American Home Shield. After 3 weeks of waiting for the part to come in and being told incorrect timelines the lady started getting hostile with me saying how I misremembered things and how she was frustrated with me. Not sure for what I just wanted to get my fridge fixed or be given an accurate timeline. As others have stated I think they run a scam were they send you a survey and then when you rate them they instantly call you telling you your parts are ready only to find out that you gave them a 1 star review which I felt was fair. She then berated me for not respecting her and how she didnt want to do business with me. I said I'd gladly change my review if they could fix it but she said she was done with me and would not help me. So after $100 technician fee and this AHS policy I still have no fridge and they have wasted 3 weeks of my time.

Honestly, these folks are the worst. Great until they get the initial service fee collected and are never to be heard form again. Our insurance company, American Homeshield was not even able to get in contact with them, and they hired MasterPro! The one lady whose phone is tied to the number on google maps is so bad at returning calls that you have to blast her with 5-10 calls within a minute to get her to even pick-up. We went 3 weeks without hearing from them until we did our follow up. Wish the unions would look into this business and have them removed from their network as they are just terrible.

After reaching out to service our leaking dishwasher, Russ promptly reached back out to take the details of our issue. We spent some time back and forth and he actually made a suggestion that ended up working without us needing a visit! We will definitely keep him in mind for any appliance repair in the future. I have been using All Pro for appliance repair for several years. They are reasonable and provide maintenance recommendation. I usually have them maintain/repair my dish washer and fridge periodically.

Needed someone to repair my oven's starter. All Pro was extremely responsive, clean, clear about process and early! Would hire again!

When my washer broke I called for service in the morning. By the afternoon Russ was out and fixed my washer. The service was outstanding, friendly and quick. I will be calling them the next time I need something fixed.

Don't be fooled by their name, this place does not repair all appliances. Not only that, but they list dishwashers on their website, yet apparently they don't repair them. We called yesterday to set-up an appointment for this morning. My boyfriend took the morning off work to wait for the repair man. Yesterday he was told they could service dishwashers, this morning the man called him and apparently that's not the case. What a waste of a morning off work.
