My washer started leaking, so I called samal appliance. The technician was very knowledgeable and quickly figured out the issue. He replaced my washer gasket and fixed everything the same day. Now it works perfectly, no more leaks. Fair price and very professional service. Highly recommend

A very kind gentleman answered the phone immediately, and assessed our oven damage within the hour. Within the next week, the problem was completely repaired, and a new panel installed.

They will not come to me because of the area I live in. I live in the Austin neighborhood. All he told me was that he did not service in this neighborhood. Possible is a racial thing. I will never can then again

Though it was your typical terrible Chicago winter weather, they were able to come out and fix my washer quickly and efficiently (they were even early!). I will call again when I have future appliance issues.

Washer machine was leaving stains, they came out, cleaned it and suggested what to do next to prevent it.

Chas fixed my dryer and was on schedule as agreed. The prize was very affordable and he’s friendly and he knows what he’s doing. I was happy that he fixed my dryer. I highly recommend him.

Ivan not only fixed the problem without having to get expensive replacement parts but he also was very professional and friendly. He took time to show me How to do some of the repairs myself and and acted with utmost integrity.

Hired the company to replace the drain pump for a washing machine. They installed a new part, however it was the incorrect part and it failed within eight weeks. Had to call a new company to come in and correct it (now I'm in for 2x the cost), and they confirmed the wrong equipment was used.

EDIT - Owner replied, and he is indeed lying. For most poor reviews they deny being the provider, however this was indeed the company used and I had contact with the owner when bill was paid.

Unfortunately, our washer broke down during the Covid lockdown. Needless to say, we were worried about having a stranger in our home right now, but it had to be done. Upon contact, Ivan asked thoughtful and relevant questions about our health & exposure, and location of the appliance within our home to determine if he could provide service. When he arrived for his appointment, he communicated via cell phone, wore a mask, and gloves, and maintained his distance. We were able to pay via Venmo in order to have a contactless appt. Our washer is now running perfectly, and we were so happy with his safety efforts and professionalism!
