I had a great experience with AA. They came in prepared and they were really polite or respectful. They fixed everything with you in about 15 minutes and I got my ices again.

A good repair guy is like a good mechanic. Once you find one you stick with them. Ivan has always responded quickly and shows up a the agreed time. He has saved me some money by extending the life on my stackable washer/dryer. On my last repair I even called him on a Sunday night and by Monday morning my dryer was saved once again.

I have also referred him to friends of mine and he was honest enough to let them know the repairs were not worth the money. So I highly recommend Ivan and AABest Appliance Service.

All in all, I’m very happy, my tenant is content and the invoice including call out charge was very reasonable. 5 Star.

I had Ivan come over on a Friday to "fix" a washer that had suddenly stopped doing what washers are known to do. Within 30 seconds of assessing the situation, he knew exactly what was wrong...and it had nothing to do with the washer! He went out of his way to help me figure out exactly why my washer refused to fill with water—It turns out our pipes are trash, and we'll need a plumber. Ivan was thorough and thoughtful and found a great workaround to get me up and running while we fix the real problem. Came to fix broken ice maker in Whirlpool fridge. Repair guy broke plastic piece on housing and then I had to pull up YouTube video for him to figure out how to uninstall. Thehy told me over phone they carried parts. They did not. He wanted to charge me $170 for part and wait 3 days. It’s $90 online. With labor it was $160 more for them to install even though I helped him every step. And now I need another part since he broke the housing.
