Russ fixed my dishwasher this afternoon, and I was very pleased with his service. He was prompt returning my phone call and scheduling an appointment, punctual the day of service, and explained what the issue was while repairing my dishwasher. I will definitely call him if I need any other repairs, and will recommend his services to others.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with All Pro Appliance. Russ was able to come out the next day to replace our dryer gas line and dryer vent. He was prompt, fast, professional and his prices were reasonable. He's a very honest guy that provides suggestions that save you money. We've used him in the past for our washer and plan to use him again in the future for all our appliances. We highly recommend Russ at All Pro.

Russ did everything a professional in this business should do. After calling several companies, his was the most responsive. We scheduled a time frame and he texted me when he was actually on his way. He fixed my mom's very basic refrigerator and explained what he was doing throughout while also giving me tips along the way. He also charged a fair fee. He actually had to do a quick follow up but did not charge us for it. I would absolutely recommend Russ and am so happy to have found someone I can call for all my appliance needs!

Russ is absolutely great! He has been our exclusive appliance repairman for our 8 rental units and our home, for over 15 years. An noise issue for dryer. Was able to schedule the appointment in a reasonable time and day.
Technician was on time and worked diligently and fixed the noise.

Couple days later the noise return. Was, aga, able to schedule another appointment.

The technician worked a long time to alleviate the noise. Did the best he could. A few minutes after he left, he contacted me that he was going to try one more thing and purchased a part. AGAIN. taking the time for one more try.
Well, due diligence was rewarded as the dryer is working with no noise and like new.

Russ knew the issue with a refrigerator for one of my tenants and fixed it right away.

He will be my first call every time unless something changes.

Fraudsters! They get you to pay for a service call. Then the guy comes and tells you what you know already and that you'll need to reschedule him to come back out to do any work when he's available which isn't for at least another week. And his quote to do the work is astronomically high but that's OK because he's really just interested in collecting the service fee and has no desire to do actual manual labor. Scam more than likely!

I had a great experience working with Russ this week. My refrigerator went out on me overnight. While in the rush of trying to figure what’s wrong, and moving food to try and save what I could, I found Russ’ contact. He responded that very night when I got home from work and realized what had happened. He was able to come the very next day before I had to go in to the office and helped figure out what the problem most likely was. We had to order a new control board which came in two days later and Russ came in the very next day when I got home from work to install. The fridge jumped back to life right away. The fix saved me the cost of a new fridge, likely close to $2,000. His fees were fair for his expertise. I will be calling Russ again should I run into any other appliance misfortune. Thank you Russ

I continue to call Russ who is the only guy in the company for over 10+ years because he gets the job done! He is honest, reliable, and easy to communicate with. He always charges for the repair AFTER it is completed and at a good price. I called these other places the one and only time he wasn't available the same day and they charge three times the price! So I waited for Russ and he came through the next day. He takes care of my grandmother as well and she is very pleased with his services. Highly recommend!

They did everything they said they would. Called in the morning to give a 2 hour window, showed up during the window, figured out what was wrong with my washer, fixed it right then and there, and all at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the experience.

I phoned A. Appliance Source on a Saturday afternoon because our diswasher suddenly stopped working. I left a message and within just a few minutes I received a return phone call. The Gentleman who returned my call was extremely helpful and resolved my issue without the need for (and expense of) a service call. I've added A. Appliance to my contacts and they will be my first choice next time an appliance in my home breaks down.

horrible experience. they just don't feel like working. The repair guys blame everything on something else other than the machine under warranty. I have no choice as to which repair company I use and this guy said he knows it'not the washer and dryer failing, based on 15 yrs of experience. He kept getting caught saying things that were not true and never tested any outlet to back up his claim. I said it's not my outlet, its the machine and he said nope.......like pounding my head against the wall. Now I am done with the washer/dryer. Frigidaire can have this one back and I'll buy a new one that works on my outlet. Now the girl who is the customer service rep, can't handle people who call to complain. "Why are you yelling at me? Its not my fault" But who am I supposed to complain to when there is a lack of service? she hung up on me!!!! smh, worthless company.

Called A Appliance Source for an issue with my Frigidaire stove. Joe (I believe) is the person who came out to fix it. Even though the problem was created by me, Joe did not make me feel stupid. He fixed the problem, was very professional and an overall very nice person. I would highly recommend!

I was referred to this company by Electrolux for my refrigerator. My refrigerator was out of warranty and I thought the repair would cost me an arm and a leg as it is an Electrolux. However , from the initial phone call to the repair; everything went great and the price was very reasonable. A gentleman named Paul tried to troubleshoot over the phone and I ended up needing the repair on my ice maker that he informed me of. A different tech came out and was knowledgeable and efficient. They seemed genuinely honest and I was grateful that the service went smooth. I highly recommend these guys and am definitely saving their contact info in my phone!

Everything started good. But went down hill quick. The repair guy "Guaranteed" that a new gasket would fix my freezer. When it didn't we called the company to get a tech out to actually fix the problem and the customer service person called my wife a liar. It's a good thing we saved all of our receipts. The tech that was supposed to come out lied about calling to schedule. Finally a manager came out to fix the refrigerator and address the costumer service person issue. He was dismissive to my wife and couldn't even fix the problem on the freezer. Long story short, insult to my wife's character, I put $170 into fixing a freezer and I had to figure out to put bungee cords around it.

Excellent service! I had a same-day oven repair — the igniter was replaced quickly and professionally. The price was fair, not overpriced. You can tell the technician really knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend!
