Russell is always able to fix any broken appliance. He's repaired my oven and dryer in the past. It's much cheaper than having to replace the whole unit.

Russ is so professional, honest, courteous and PROMPT. He shows up when he says he's doing to and even texts to say he's on his way. Russ came to my house in less than 24 hours to repair my dryer! He was prompt and professional. He identified the problem and had the part on hand to fix it. Now I'm going to happily do laundry all weekend!

Stop searching. Russ is the man for the job. How many times do you leave messages and get no response? Not here! Left a message Sunday night, received a call back on Monday. Appointment set for Tuesday. Showed up ON time, fixed my wash machine, and out the door in under 45 minutes.

I will refer him to anyone willing to listen to me!

Have used them twice, (once for a stove, and once for a refrigerator) and referred them to several friends, also. Great service every time! Showed up the same day one time, and the second time he showed up the next morning after I called the evening before. Fixed the problem quickly both times, and for a very reasonable price. The first time, I called the store where I purchased the refrigerator, and they not only couldn't come for a few days, but they were much more expensive. I highly recommend Russ and All Pro!

Called Russ for a perplexing dryer problem. He took apart dryer, did a thorough diagnosis and addressed a possible cause.

He identified two additional possibilities and refused to accept payment until everything is 100% satisfactory. He is courteous and works fast.

When I thought I needed a new gasket for my front load washer, Russ provided a much more effective and less costly alternative. Russ and All Pro were great! He came by on the Friday after Thanksgiving to help out on a dryer that died on me. He even fixed a loose dryer exhaust vent! I've used All Pro before with a washing machine and they are extremely reliable, quick, knowledgable, and, most important, trustworthy, which, in my view, are the best cornerstones for a successful business. If you live in the Chicago area I highly recommend All Pro!

When I first talked to Russ, who came highly recommended, about a washing machine problem, he suggested unplugging it for 24 hours to , see if that worked. Free, low-tech, no BS advice! How often do you hear that from a repair person?!?! I did unplug it and it worked....for a while. When it started acting up again, I called Russ back up who came out quickly, fixed it, was super efficient, professional, and pleasant, all at a very reasonable cost. He's my go-to man now!

great experience. I called at 10 AM with an issue with my washer/dryer going out, it was fixed with a 5 minute phone call. Before even asking to come to my home, Russ asked what problem was and talked me through a few troubleshooting options, which fixed it at no cost. I called North Center Appliance repair and they couldn't send anyone out, didn't try to troubleshoot my problem and wanted $69 for an online consultation to try and fix. Very satisfied with my experience with All Prop Appliance repair. Will definitely use them for any future appliance repair needs.

I was in a hurry to get my dryer unit repaired, the reviews online were certainly favorable so I decided to give All Pro a try. Russ was able to schedule an appointment the following day, he arrived on-time and prepared. He repaired my dryer in about 20 minutes, charged a very reasonable rate, and was on his way. Russ was was able to arrive and fix my dryer within just a few hours of calling All Pro. He was efficient, courteous, and honest about an unrelated common wear issue that might require a future repair. Rather then pressuring us to repair it before it was really necessary, he told us what to check for so that we could get maximum usage.
When our dryer or any other appliance needs some love, All Pro will be the first number I call.

We called ALL Pro yesterday, and Russ came by to inspect our dryer today - it wasn't heating up. He only charges $25 to make the visit and do an assessment. He knew exactly what to look for, found the problem right away, had the fuse in his car for the repair, and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. The total cost was very reasonable, Russ seemed like a great guy, and very honest. I'll definitely call these guys again in the future.

Got in contact with Russ after getting no response from another reputable appliance repair company in the area for a week, Russ asked a couple basic questions that a simpleton like me could understand, outlined the likely work necessary to resolve the oven issues and quoted a not-to-exceed price (that was less than half as much as the other company quoted for the same work once they did finally get in touch) based on the answers AND came out that same day (even providing a 15-minute heads up prior to arriving square in the middle of the quoted window). He was pleasant, honest, and extremely professional, even advising me on maintaining the oven and other homeowner tips re: appliances and generally just knocked the whole thing out of the park. The oven has never worked better and I no longer fear my appliances going into disrepair now that I know Russ and All Pro are out there! Highly recommend!
