The repairmen (Ivan & Chaz) arrived on time and promptly repaired my broken dishwasher (which hadn't worked in 15 years). The repair took less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and the service was courteous and efficient. I recommend them highly and without any reservation.

We have used Ivan at AA Best Appliances for several repairs in our home over the past 2 years: two times for our refrigerator and once for our washer. All three times, Ivan demonstrated a ton of expertise about what was causing the problem and offered options for fixing it. When an appliance breaks down, replacing a component is often an option, but Ivan had other solutions for us that did not require replacement (and which cost less). We have also found that Ivan stands by his work and charges reasonable prices. We will continue to use AA Best when we need repairs.

Ivan and his apprentice repaired the water dispenser on my refrigerator today. They provided a two hour time window, and showed up as expected. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided the cost estimate, and made the repair. They were careful not to scratch my floors when pulling the fridge out, and cleaned up as they worked, and again when they finished. They worked fast and the job was done right. Reasonable prices. I will continue to use AA Best as my first call for any appliance repairs.

The customer service was excellent with a rapid response time. The work was completed in a fast timely manner. The Technician was knowledgable, friendly, cordial, and even offered a suggestion to improve the performance of a washing machine that was unrelated to the call for dryer repair. AA Best Appliance Service has my highest recommendation.

Chris came out to repair a very noisy and older dryer. He was quick, diligent, and even arrived early for both appointments. Also fixed an old dishwasher that wasn't draining. Will be using AA Best exclusively going fwd.

We have a GE refrigerator with side by side doors. I have had trouble with one of the doors since the refrigerator was purchased. The door has been "repaired" twice under warranty but the problem was still there. I don't know how the serviceman could fix the problem without even taking the door off of the fridge, but I figured that he was supposed to be the expert not me so he should know what he's doing, right? Well not so. Finally out of frustration I looked for an outside appliance repairman and after searching and reading reviews I chose AA Best Appliance Service and I am so glad that I did. When I spoke to Ivan he said that he would come that same evening before finishing his day. He was polite, professional, arrived when promised and didn't try to add any unnecessary services. As they repair more than just refrigerators I will surely keep his number for future use and refer him and his company to anyone that I know who may need similar services. Wish I could give him 10 stars.

Ivan and his team have helped us multiple times at our home and building we own. They have always been very responsive, very clear in the explanations of what needed to be done and when it made sense to replace instead of repair. They are the best.

I have used AA Best Appliance Service many many times and have recommended them to friends. Ivan has repaired 2 dishwashers, an oven and our washer and dryer over the years. With years of experience and expertise, they're able to repair almost anything and the repairs are solid. Ivan and Chaz are professional and tidy, work quickly and are personable. Most recently they diagnosed the problem with our clothes dryer which turned out to be a minor issue that we're going to live with until we're ready to replace it. A reliable company that I hope I won't need to call again for years, but won't hesitate to call if anything breaks.

We’ve had Iván out to fix stoves, dishwashers, and a dryer. He handles everything by text and arrives when he says he will. He’s very knowledgeable and is able to source parts even when I can’t. I’m always pleased by his reasonable prices. He has kept many a workhorse appliance functioning in our home instead of littering the landfills.

Ivan and Christian are a fantastic team. A weekend inquiry form was answered promptly Monday morning and we were able to schedule a service call for Wednesday morning. They arrived within the window and got right to work diagnosing, and fixing same day (!), our oven. They also provided excellent advice about the likelihood for the oven to break again, a repair we can try ourselves, and counsel on the best ovens should we need to replace it. They also relabeled a mislabeled breaker. I can't believe the service I got quickly and at a great price. Will absolutely call again the next time some appliance of mine goes on the fritz.
