This company is not reliable. Made an appointment paid upfront for their service fee and they promised me a next day 9am-12pm slot with the technician. No show No call. It was only until I reached out to inquire what was happening that I found out the technician wouldn’t be coming due to an emergency. Life happens I get it. I asked to speak with the manager and they kept me on a hold and then just hung up on me! A business should operate with quality service and communication. I have an emergency of my refrigerator not cooling and my groceries spoiling that’s why I called this business to help me in my time of need. They failed in providing that service. They failed in communication. Seek elsewhere.

Our experience with this company was very disappointing. Our refrigerator was unable to maintain temperature on a Thursday night. We called Red Apple Friday, mid day. We were able to schedule a technician for Saturday, and we agreed to a $50 service membership, to help secure our reservation. 9-12pm window. No call, no show. No cancellation notice. Just $200 worth of groceries packed up into coolers, and a wasted Saturday. When we called, not only was there no manager available to discuss this with, but the representative on the phone just straight hung up the phone on my wife. Very disappointing, very frustrating, epic fail. Don’t trust this place if you need reliability and accountability.

charged a trip charge. Came out, said they would quote parts, and a $60 revisit charge. Instead they wrapped the quote into a FLAT rate high-way robbery quote. In other words, they went back on their word.
