Our tenant's fridge/freezer wasn't working and Jamie was able to come out the same day to fix it. He had all the parts he needed in his truck and was able to fix the problem in about a half hour. We really appreciated the responsiveness, efficiency and professionalism!!! Communication was great. Definitely will call him again in the future for appliance repair!

I am impressed with many aspects of my experience with Act Fast Appliance Repair. It was easy to secure an appointment. My appliance was repaired within 24 hours of my call to the company. The repairman (Thomas) immediately assessed the problem and fixed the machine unexpectedly fast. Thomas was professional, knowledgable, pleasant and confident. I am a property manager and have used Act Fast Appliance Repair on several of my buildings to service my washers/dryers. They are always very communicative, on time, informative and professional. They always try their hardest to get me the best deal possible while always explaining exactly what is wrong with my machine. Thomas and the owner are great people to work with. Stay away. They don't know what they're doing and they have an "F" from the Better Business Bureau.

We contacted Act Fast Appliance Repair due to our Sub-Zero refrigerator not keeping the temperature. They came out on a Tuesday, added freon and left. Within 24 hours, the fridge was back up to room temperature. They were supposed to show up on the following Monday to make further repairs, but were a no-show. The repairman, Jamie, showed up on Tuesday and said he found a leak and put sealant inside. He then left and the freezer stopped working as well. Instead of showing up on Wednesday, he called and said he wouldn't be there and refunded the money from the original service call.

An authorized Sub-Zero repairman came out the following day and diagnosed TWO broken compressors, telling us that Jaime ruined one of the compressors by adding sealant to the line instead of replacing the heat exchanger and coil as recommended by Sub-Zero,

As a result, we now have $3,000 in additional damages from Act Fast's incompetence and they are refusing to take responsibility.

Beware of this company!

Working with Act Fast Appliance Repair was truly a pleasure. The whole process from scheduling an appointment to working with the technician was smooth and fast. My refrigerator stopped working on a Sunday and Act Fast was able to come first thing Monday morning to troubleshoot my issue. The technician I worked with, Jamie, was honest, professional, timely, and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what he was doing and how much it would cost. There were no surprises and Jamie was kind enough to follow-up with me the next day. I highly recommend their services and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our refrigerator icemaker was not working properly and was consistently freezing up. Luis of Act Fast responded promptly, identified the problem, returned with the necessary parts and quickly and efficiently made the repairs. We have called Act Fast on several occasions, and we have always been pleased. Jamie and Luis are great!

I initially talked with Jamie and he was so responsive and got the appointment scheduled right away. The technician he sent to work with my tenants is Luis and he was also very responsive, explained things thoroughly, and very patient with me (getting touch with me was a bit of a challenge).

I appreciated Luis's honesty and thoroughness in explaining everything. My tenants had positive experiences with him for the scheduling and repair visits. I highly recommend working with them. Pricing seemed reasonable to me.

Throughout the entire process, Yousuf was incredibly helpful and patient. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and mindfulness while diagnosing the issue with my washer. He took the time to explain the problem in detail and was very understanding when I asked for further clarification.

Jamie was very professional, quickly diagnosed the issue, laid out pricing and had the parts to fix it quickly. I will call them again. The only aspect I didn’t like is that they require cc up front on the phone. That worried me. But all in all - great service!

Dryer wasn't working and Thomas was sent out to diagnose and repair. He was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, willing to answer all of my questions and explain what was wrong and how to prevent future breakdowns. I will definitely call Act Fast again should any appliances need repair and hopefully be able to request Thomas. Also, the convenience of making an appointment online just added to the experience.

UPDATE 8/19/24 - Used them again and had Jamie come out to service my refrigerator/freezer that wasn't keeping cool. Another great experience. Very friendly, knowledgeable and informed me about maintenance I should be performing as well. It's so refreshing to find a company you can trust. Call them!

Yousef was awesome! He diagnosed my problem on my dishwasher quickly, ordered the part and was back the next day. He even gave me option to save me money. Definitely act fast and call act fast if you have a problem…..

The appointment scheduling part could be better though. Both times when I had an appointment they had to reschedule it for no reason - there was no communication about it, I had to call to understand what was going on.
