Company botched the washing machine repair above my unit and it leaked through my ceiling all night. They were initially super apologetic, but decided to ghost me instead of paying for a new coat of paint. Call someone else.

I’ve called this business three times over (I think) 7 years now, all for different problems with appliances. They are fast and effective. The most recent repair was for a broken washing machine belt, on short notice. Great communication, very friendly, very knowledgeable and able to solve my problems fast. Would highly recommend.

Yousuf did a great job from the initial troubleshoot visit through the repair. Professional, courteous and worked efficiently to do the hose repair on my washer unit - and in under an hour! Would recommend both FastAct and Yousuf specifically!

Andres is amazing! Came late despite the scheduling snafu and was able to get our Bosch fridge up and running in one visit. He was patient and explained how to adjust the settings for maximum performance. Lastly, Andres ordered the refrigerator shelf that broke and now everything is working like day one!

I recently had a tech out because my freezer wasn't keeping things frozen. He diagnosed the problem and explained that it was the evaporator fan. He told me that the part was discontinued, but we could get it off the secondary market if necessary. He suggested that it might just be frozen, and told me that I should unplug it for 24 hours to see if that's the problem. I followed his tip, and 24 hours later my freezer was freezing again. I only had to pay for the service visit and he took care of my problem.
