Ed was awesome. Arrived right on time and called in advance. Upon arrival, got to work immediately and was done 15 minutes later, repairing our washer/dryer unit. In another five minutes, he restored to full power one of the stove burners that wouldn't light. Ed was clean, polite, knowledgeable and happy to help.

Put in a service request for my dishwasher and washing machine on Friday afternoon through the website. Received a call Saturday morning. Abdel was at my condo within 90 minutes. He had my dishwasher up and running in 2 minutes! Figured out what the problem was with my washer, went to his car, and came back with the part! Washer works like new now!!!! His service and knowledge were incredible. Not only am I going to recommend their service to my association, but anyone that is in need!!!

Referred from Speed Queen Support Website, Appliance and Mechanical Services serviced my warrantied Speed Queen washer on March 13. Appliance and Mechanical Services never looked up the error "bb", offered a bogus explanation, "error bb was due to always using the same setting and charged me $180.00 for a service which should have been no charge as the washer was still under Speed Queen warranty. They never gave me an invoice but requested payment while Washer was under warranty and should have been no charge. Multiple attempts by Speed Queen (Alliance Services) has resulted in no response from this fraudulent company. I have contacted the Attorney General to report this fraud.

Jamie came out to fix my oven. I was able to get an appointment a couple of days after I called the office. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a part. He was very professional and friendly. I appreciate that he explained everything to me and that he correctly wore his mask the entire time. I will definitely use this repair service in the future.

Very quick response and friendly service! Jamie was super professional and transparent -making me sure I knew exactly what he and his partner were going to do and why. My fridge was in a really difficult place to reach and he was willing to squeeze by to make sure he could fix the issue. Truly great and will definitely be using the service again in the future!

Luis and Jamie came to fix my washer which was leaking -- it needed a gasket replaced. They charged me a fair price and recommended affordable add-ons (cleaning out vents, etc.) that will keep me in good shape for quite some time. Unlike other places, their trip fee counts toward the final bill. They were also really nice and on time and answered my questions clearly. Additionally, they made me feel comfortable that I was being charged a fair price unlike some repair or automotive places that seem to charge extra for women customers. Highly recommend.
