We had a very difficult job. We had purchased an after-market door boot for our twenty-year old washer. We called Med after a different appliance repair technician gave up in frustration and said it was impossible to install. Med managed to come out the same day. He took a lot of extra time and paid close attention to details in order to make sure the part was installed correctly. His rates were very reasonable, despite the challenges. He was also very polite and made sure to wear shoe covers when walking through our home.

I will always be using Ihlas from now on! After a bad experience with a GE technician, Technician Bek saved our ice making machine for our fridge!!! He figured out the problem right away and we had it up and running as soon as the part arrived. SO happy we found him and Ihlas appliance

We had a furnace that was not working properly. I found Rusland through this platform, and he responded promptly with a time when he could stop by. He quickly identified and fixed the issue, which was a failed control board. Throughout the process, he communicated clearly about the problem and his plan for resolution. He was punctual, professional, and efficient in resolving the issue. I will definitely keep his contact information saved for any future needs.

My building is in Rogers Park. Tenant reported a strong sewer smell coming from washer/dryer machine. Hired Bek to take apart the washing machine and clean the inside. He also inspected underneath and behind the machine.

Turns out that the washing machine was working fine. But the sewer gas smell was coming from the wall standpipe behind the machine. So I need to call a good plumber to put a good gasket to stop the smell.

Bek was friendly. He lives in Naperville so it takes a while for him to drive to Chicago. Keep that in mind when scheduling. His service fee is very reasonable.

Appliance repairs can be costly and my dishwasher was not functioning. My anxiety started to run high thinking about how much it could cost or if I should just bite the bullet and buy a new one. I tried calling another appliance repair company but they were not available for 3 days.
Luckily I came across Ihlas Repair and saw the rave reviews so l decided to take a chance. I am so happy I did. Bek and his service tech came in 1 1/2 hours after I reached out.
The problem ended up being simple with the breaker and tadah! It works again!
He was fair, honest and reasonable. The cost to come out and the repair was $90. I am so happy I did not opt to just go ahead and buy a new dishwasher. Bek, Thank you for making my day. I highly recommend this company.

Meder came to first repair my dryer that wasnt heating and it has been working great since then. Now my washer wasn’t spinning and he quickly fogured out the problem and solved it in under 45mins. Will continue to use them in the future!

Would rate 6 stars for honestly if I could. Given the age and reviews of our dishwasher model they were up front with a recommendation to replace instead of repair. It's rare to find people this honest these days and I will absolutely use them again for future appliance repairs when needed

Kuna did a great job in diagnosing my fridge! I would definitely hire Pacific Appliance Solutions again. I did need a new fridge due to the approx cost it would have been to get a replacement part which he explained. But while troubleshooting, Kuna had a different part on him that he swapped out for me while confirming things. He was very thorough and efficient. And at the end he recommended a brand of fridge that I ended up purchasing that I am very happy with. Thanks for your help!
