Ali was great. He came on a Saturday for diagnostics and then I am sure worked late on a Tuesday to get everything take care of for us. Super appreciative.

Omar came in last week to “inspect” my microwave. Without taking the microwave down to open it up, Omar determined it was the Magnetron. He ordered the part and billed me for half the cost and labor. On the next visit, he actually opened up the microwave and he determined I needed another part, which will cost me more. I now get to keep a $135 magnetron I can’t use because he wanted to keep it for $25, and I have a microwave that still doesn’t work. Fun.

If I could have rated them zero I would have but I couldn't so I just picked one star. The tech that came out to my house fixed it in a matter of seconds, but it was such an easy job he kept trying to sit there and talk about things I should do with my dryer that did not need to be done, just trying to extend his time Danny was very sarcastic and had the nerve to ask me if I could put the dryer back together myself after he had taken it apart I will never use this company again

Repairman claimed there was nothing wrong with my oven thermostat, which varies as much as 75 deg. F and won't hold a temp. I paid the bill and waited 6 weeks and tried to cope, but it's awful. The warranty was up (what warranty? He did no work.), so I'm out of luck. I'll call someone else.

So unprofessional, they text you endlessly from 3 different numbers. Confirm appointments but don't show up. If you ask them to confirm they do, then give multiple excuses and cancel appointments while your waiting for them to show up. They will rebook you 3-4 times and tell you they are waiting for your parts. And then on the day of the confirmed appointment they only confirm 30 minutes before then they ask you what service you need and that," oh the technician is just coming out to do an estimate, what service do you need?"
But I already discussed the part that was necessary and given them all pictures and info directly from the model of appliance.

The technician Ali was very professional. He examined the refrigerator and gave a detailed assessment of the problem. He could have recommended that we repair the refrigerator and charge us an excessive amount of money. Instead, he said that we should replace the refrigerator. I appreciated his integrity.

This place is a joke. I called to have a belt put on my dryer. The tech name Alex came, he didn’t know how to turn the dryer on. Then he told me it would be 300.00 to put a belt on, Afterwards he told me I need to change the pulley it would cost me 320.00. When my husband came home he quoted him 350.00. After my husband went back upstairs he quoted me 370.00. I told him do I look like a fool. He got angry and said he didn’t want my money and left. I fixed my dryer belt for 19.97.

The repair technician, Alex, was very professional, and communicative regarding what he noticed that lead to his quick diagnosis of the problem. He ordered all required parts from the manufacturer, came back a few days later and replaced the worn out parts quickly. He ran the machine briefly in each stage of the cleaning process to confirm operation and then back to start to run through the whole cycle to rinse through the new pump and spray arms. I would ask for Alex specifically if I needed a dishwasher repair technician in the future.

Alex clearly explained what the dryer problem was so I could make an informed decision. He was friendly, professional and efficient. The dryer works great and he said I could probably get 10 years more out of it! Thank you!

Alex (technician) was courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Once he started working and realized some parts were actually better than he thought, he let me know and it reduced the overall price. Something he didn’t have to do. Highly recommend All City

I called this company to repair a failing starter and capacitor for a mini fridge.
They required a deposit to evaluate the unit, but you get that money back if you don't go through with their services. If you do go through with the service, that deposit gets applied to the final bill. I was in a hurry and did get the chance to get multiple estimates, but this company was very quick to get the work done.
The bill seemed a bit pricey at first, but they agreed to lower the price a bit when I brought that up. I have no idea what other repair companies would've charged, but the work got done promptly and courteously so I can't really complain. Everything is more expensive these days and I appreciate local companies that pay their workers a decent wage.
I would use this company again, but would get additional estimates before committing to the job. -
All City came by for a $75 (disclosed) nonrefundable estimate and quoted the same ~$500 dollars as another company to install a built-in oven, but neglected to mention that their quote did not include haul away (so now I'm stuck trying to get rid of my old oven). The installer seemed capable and knowledgeable, but after they left, I noticed my cooktop was oddly placed. I discovered that they shoved the gas line up and over, damaging it in the process, and making it impossible to use the cooktop, or oven (which they tested by preheating, and I now realize was very dangerous) because there is now a gas line wedged in place. They have not replied to repeated communications and have made no attempt to resolve the matter. I hoped they would at least try to fix it but now I'm going to reach out to another provider to repair the gas line and inspect the work that All City did. My experience may be an outlier, but I would avoid them.

A zero...if that was a rating. I got a referral from Angie and an All city technician arrived. He said I needed a new pump. I reiterated I had concern about the panel not working and would buy a new machine if both a pump and a panel needed replacement. His exact words were, "thats not the problem, the panel is working fine"
300.00 dollars later...
I don't think he was even out of my driveway before I put a load in. The panel is totally screwed up...machine will only fill 4 inches it randomly won't stop spinning, three categories for washing don't work at all. How he missed this????? Called him and he came back and said the panel was shot!
I never would of put money into it if I knew both the panel and pump needed replacing. Please recommend someone. He said he would get back with a quote to replace panel...haven't heard from him...and, sadly don't trust this company -
They came and fixed my oven, they were prompt and very professional, will call them again in case I need a repair for my appliances

If u need household appliances fix, I HIGHLY recommend this company. I emailed them on Sunday pm and received an email bk the next day amd said they could have someone out as soon as Tuesday morning. I scheduled it for Wednesday and they were here right on time. The solution ended up being an easy fox and he didn’t try to make it into something more then what it was. Fixed the problem and cleaned up so it looked the way the laundry room looked when he got here. Very nice and friendly gentleman. Answered all my questions. Dice star rating.

Need to vent cleaning to a new place I moved into. Our landlord hired all city, and they did an excellent job. They came for their window right on time and honestly left right when it ended too so very efficient. So good our neighbors are asking for their cards.

The repairman came on time and was very professional. He analyzed the problem without difficulty, provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done (refrigerator replacement), and reorganized everything in my freezer. The price of the service call was very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.

Twice I had the technician cancel on me the same day of my service. You cannot trust this company, they have no respect for your time.

Tech Alex arrived at the wrong address. Then when he finds my house with no iniform ans no company vehicle, he said my appliance was too old and no parts are available. Before the appointment I verified my with All City what model I had and they sent out the tech.
Alex gave up on the job after 10 minutes and he charged me $75 for doing nothing. Three minutes later I found the part I needed on Amazon.
No uniform, no vehicle and no service. I don't think they are real. If so, All City is an incompetent waste of time and money. -
My dryer suddenly stopped turning altogether, causing a lot of inconvenience. Alex diagnosed the issue promptly and replaced the motor, belt, and rollers to get it back up and running smoothly. The turnaround time was impressive, and he was very professional throughout the process.I'm grateful for Alex’s efficient service.

Responded quickly (next day). Tech was very knowledgeable. Worked quickly & explained each issue as he identified the problem. The cost was a little more than expected but checked comparison cost through other service companies & cost seems competitive. Overall great results. Dryer is working great. Would definitely use All City again.
