I didn't have the best experience with my tech who came to diagnose my refrigerator, but after speaking with their management, and explaining why my experience was poor, they QUICKLY refunded me for the in-service charge, and told me they were going to investigate the tech who has had multiple recent complaints.

This IS a quality business, and I'm sorry for giving them a 1-star review before they had time to remedy the situation. THEY DO RIGHT BY THE CUSTOMER!!!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

9 months ago I paid over $400 for them to fix the heating element in my dryer.

Today, it failed. I called and they said there's nothing they could do but pay them again.

Weird they don't even have a one year mfg warranty on the part?

I also, while the tech was on site, asked him to look at the seal on my washer for replacement.

He replaced it with an incorrect seal, damaging the washer requiring them to put the old seal back in place and with a broken detergent drawer.

I mean, the least they could do is offer a free review of their previous work to see what the issue is?

Nah, another $75 to come take a look.

My washer had issues with draining and spinning, but thanks to Alex M from All city, the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. He arrived promptly with the necessary part and got everything working perfectly the next day. I'm really impressed with their service and professionalism. These guys are awesome! They were able to come out the same day for an emergency repair. The techs notified us when they were on the way, and arrived just when expected. The head tech, Ollie, was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. And their rates are fair. Highly recommended!

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with All City Appliance Repair. A few days before I was set to leave for vacation, my washing machine broke down (leaving a blanket sitting in a tub of water). I didn't have any experience with any local repair places, so I just took a chance on ACAR. I'm glad I did because ACAR surprised me by getting a technician out to me the day after I called. (I used to work in appliance service at Abt and next day appointments were rare!)

But Mike showed up to service my Kenmore washer and knew almost immediately what I needed. Not only that, but he had just the part I needed in his truck, which surprised me given my Kenmore is older and Kenmores are notoriously difficult to service. In less than 90 minutes, I went from having a busted washing machine and stressing that I might need to buy a replacement to doing the rest of the laundry I needed to do.

I'm grateful to Mike and All City Appliance Repair for getting my washing machine back in order so quickly. I'll definitely be calling them the next time I need an appliance serviced, and recommend them to anyone else who's in a bind.

They were very responsive and professional and made the process smooth, my Viking Oven now works even better then before. All City Appliance Repair is a top notch repair service 4 real tho

tl;dr -> they did repair. repair failed in 1 day. tried to reach, they said they'd get to back us, then blocked our number, twice.

They visited our property for an ice maker + water leak issue. The water leak was fixed, the ice maker failed within 24 hours. I reached out multiple times to see if they can have the tech come back to take a look. They've mentioned that they'd get back to me but ended up blocking my number. How do I know, because I can reach them from my wife's phone. When I made the same complaint, they also blocked her phone.

So, do what you will with that information, an organization that doesn't stand by the work they do, but opts to block their customers from reaching them when we're trying to reach them in good faith...

Okay first didn't work today, wanted to be productive called all city by chance to see if they can make a same day visit and to my surprise they did and earlier than expected 1 hour !!! Ali showed up and was informative and took his time as I was asking alot of questions as a pain that I am..took apart diagnosed and repaired done...now I gotta go because I have wash piled up...thanks again All City Appliances...

The first well rated place never called back to schedule and the second's scheduling app wouldn't work. All City called to schedule within five minutes of submitting the request. They came out on Saturday even though I told them it could wait until the next work week. And there was no up charge for weekend work. The fixes were simple in both cases and the friendly and polite tech told me what I needed to do to avoid the issues in the future. All for $150 ($75 for each appliance). I will use them again and recommend to others.

Prompt response and prompt time of service. Bob was great. Replaced all four rollers on my dryer with in about an hour time. The price is pretty reasonable as well. I would use them again.

Let me start by saying that I don't like giving negative reviews, but I'm disappointed and unhappy with the service from Easy Fix Solutions. I needed refrigerator repair. Two guys named Bob came out to my house and said that I needed a new computer board. I gave them half down with the agreement to pay the balance in 2-3 days when the part was supposed to come in. Let me stop here and say that Bob was very nice. They were late to the appointment without calling to alert me. When I called him, he was very apologetic and gave me his ETA. They came out, changed the board and two days later, the refrigerator isn't working again. Before he left, Bob said that he will follow-up within a couple of days. We'll, he didn't and I called him. He made another appointment to come out and look at the fridge, and again, no call, no show. I called him and he said that he was busy and wouldn't be able to make it over. By the way, this was on a Friday. He asked if he could come on Saturday. I already had plans because I was expecting him on Friday. Mind you, I have no food in my refrigerator or freezer. Since Bob couldn't make it on Friday, he sent someone else. He came and I love that he wore plastic booties, except that he had them on outside and walked into the house with them on. Anyway, he looks at the fridge and said that I need a thermostat and he would bring it on Monday. We'll, it's 9:07p.m. on Monday and I have yet to have a thermostat installed in my refrigerator. I also have not heard from Bob or anyone else at Easy Fix Solutions. I have called and left messages as well as sent text messages, no response. However, I do still have a broken refrigerator that I paid to have repaired.

Quick, efficient service. Bob replaced all four dryer rollers in about an hour. Fair pricing and great work. Would use again.
