At first quick to respond. However, after they came to see it, has not been back to fix it. Been sent off 3 times after scheduling a time to fix it. A few times asked for an update and sent a message if he is busy if they could send a different tech. Worst part is they already charged for half the cost of the repair so now I'm stuck waiting as we call off days for them to maybe not show up.

Appointment scheduling was easy and technician came as promised. They charge to diagnose the problem, which was fine as they said it would count toward the repair. However, my dishwasher only needed a door gasket replaced, and they charged me $245! I asked the technician what the per hour labor cost was, and the reply that it was by the job. I googled the part and found it on Amazon, ~$20 shipped to me. And on YouTube there are multiple videos on how to repair this yourself, and if it is over a 20 minute job for a technician I'd be surprised.

I have always been impressed by their technicians. When compared to other businesses, their customer service is simply the greatest. When they completed the fix yesterday on our range that’s not heating properly, I was genuinely astounded by the level of service I received.
