Me tocó la mala fortuna de que se me descomponga mi calentón en enero. El Richard me cambió la válvula y tarjeta madre y el calentón volvió a hacer su trabajo. Tal dicho, no tengo quejas.

Muy mal servicio de este local solamente le quito 200 dólares a mi mamá de 70 años y no arregló la lavadora y eh tratado de comunicarme con el pero nunca contesta las llamadas asta que le hable de otro número fue que contesto. Conocemos este local desde hace 30 años y el señor mayor si hacía buen trabajo pero el hijo oh el que esté a cargo ahora es muy irresponsable y roba a los clientes

I had Richard Gallardo come out on June 23 to fix my washer
I explained the problem that the washer was doing when it would be on the spin cycle it would shake and move a lot he explained he was able to fix it but would have to break a certain part to fix I asked how much I was looking at he said 220 so I said ok
He had a difficult time and after a while said he would go get the part before the store closed he came back kept on trying and kept having a hard time he had been here most of the day
He explained that he would come back on Monday to finish the job or he had to hire someone to come and help him which would be another 100
I said I couldn’t pay 100 more as I was leaving out of the country for a month and I would not be here
He got upset and said he was trying to work with me because at this point my washer was broken he said he can come back Monday or till I came back or pay an extra 100 for someone to help him or he can sell me a washer he was upset I was too he did raise his voice as I have my ring doorbell video where he is upset
I called his father he came out the following day to fix it my son was home to let him in
He seemed to fix it as he ran it and it was not shaking or moving because it didn’t have any clothes in it
I came back on Monday and started doing laundry the following day and it turns out the washer is still doing the same thing unfortunately
I don’t doubt his dad tried but I payed for nothing

They have great deals on refrigerators and washers. I got a fridge from them and not has not failed on me. They came to service my washer and fix it that day. Definitely would recommend them to any of my friends.

My freezer was icing up and not allowing the cold air to reach the refrigerator area (45°) This guy shows up to my house and says the refrigerator is not breathing properly. Its dirty underneath. For the repairman to clean it, it will cost more money. My refrigerator is pouring water out of the door now. I called and complained. I was told to find someone else. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS. IF YOU DON'T SPEAK SPANISH THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

Richard came over to fix my parents’ washer and dryer and broke their washer. He was screaming at my mother as he was walking out of our house in front of me and my infant baby, wouldn’t even let her speak, bringing up his personal life as if to excuse his lack of professionalism. Slammed our gate shut as he stormed out.

Your personal life does not excuse you to act so unprofessional and scream at customers.

My initial repair service for my washer a year ago went well. Recently there was water coming out of my washer but it was determined it was not the washer. Paid the guy just for coming out. However when my dryer ended up having issues a few days ago I decided to contact him again. He said he could come over the next day. I waited and waited all day and the guy never showed up or even call to tell me he wasn't going to show. This was the second time I was left waiting without even a text or call that he wasn't going to show. Very unprofessional for this. Ended up going with someone else who came out on the same day.

Richard came through in a pinch. My oven wasn’t working, he showed up, diagnosed it and came back a few days later with the part to install it. I did have to check in with him to see about install date, but he was very honest about how busy he was and the time he would be showing up. No worries, because he got the job done! I’ll keep him on my appliance/HVAC emergency roster.

Richard came to our house to diagnose and fix our washer. He explained everything he was doing and the reason our washer got messed up. Showed us where the problem was and explained the maintenance we need to do on the washer. He was very professional and friendly. I definitely would call him again if we need any future work on our appliances.

Sr. Gallardo repaired my stove 10 months ago. He was prompt, very professional, and his price was good.
Two months ago he repaired my refrigerator good price and repair.
Today he repaired the washer good price and repair. Thank you for your service . Will definitely call on him in the future thank you again.

Never go there they will charge you for something else and then have the nerves to ,talk. Crazy. Bad business

Damen was on time, fixed washer problem and gave an excellent price to repair it. I will use again and refer to others. Happy customer.
