Great prices, customer service and good warranties. Purchased a fridge and stove then came back 6 months later for a washer and dryer.

Worst freaking service .... I will never ever deal with this company in life . I called to set an appointment and they told me we will be there 2-3 pm it's now 3:26pm no one has come to my home ... and I called and the man said to me let me find the guy who said would come see the fridge called him twice he said he can't be reached . Now I called and no answer . Not only did they wasted two hours of my time waiting on them but I have to find someone else to do the job . Worse people to own this place .

Late every day and constantly cussing when asked not too. Smelled like alcohol also.

Ask for George, he is genuine and charges fair prices. Especially for parts that are hard to find. I am a landlord and he has come through for me! He also has a brother that does HVAC.

George the service guy was punctual and affordable. He took on a job at my home that other businesses wanted me to bring them my stove. I totally recommend this businesse

I was really impressed with the customer service. Jose the owner was so pleasant and helpful. They are true good technicians that get the job done with the most honest and reasonable prices this side of town! Try them out and you will be a believer....My stove was fit within a 1 hr. Juliano worked around our busy schedule and sent Richard over right away to address an emergency freezer leak. He totally knows his stuff. Price seemed fair. Mostly, I felt like I was in good hands and they weren't trying rip me off.

I called on Saturday and Brandon was able to come in Monday. He quickly diagnosed the issue of two dryers and gave me options for new or used parts. We ended up deciding to get a ‘new’ dryer since both were old, and he recommended some places. I’ll definitely call them again for future repairs. Honest, transparent and well qualified; can’t really beat that combo of traits.

Chicago Appliance Repair by Le Grand responded immediately to our request to have our dishwasher and refrigerator repaired. They came out to assess the situation and obtained all necessary parts the next day to come back and complete the repairs. Very fast, reliable and efficient!

I was very happy with the quality of repair, professionalism, and thoroughness of this company. My washer/dryer and fridge/freezer stopped working within the same week unfortunately and they were able to fix both in a timely, efficient manner. They were very respectful in the home and kept everything neat and tidy. They were upfront about cost estimates and were true to their word. If I have an issue with an appliance in the future, they will be my first call.

Kham came the same day I called. They didn't have the part that day. But the next day, they came back early with the new motor for the dryer. Installed it less then 1hr an they were on their way to the next job. I recommend them highly for your washer & dryer repairs..

Chicago Appliances Repair was super responsive and able to fix my refrigerator very quickly — they were able to come the same day I contacted them. I also have a unique refrigerator (Northland brand) and it was no issue for them.
