My refrigerator was no longer cooling so I contacted Yelp, and was put in contact with A+.
A service technician was at my home within 5 hours of my initial request. He diagnosed the problem (a faulty inverter board, apparently ($385)), and had the new part in place by the next day. That was a little over a week ago, and the fridge is still cold. I'm particularly happy with the speed of service. Slightly less so with the total price, but, overall, I'm happy with how things worked out. A cold fridge by Christmas so 5 🌟!

5 stars for a technician, Sergiej. My refrigerator was acting up, and I was worried it would be major ordeal. Sergiej arrived on time , was very friendly, and his expertise was obvious-he diagnosed the problem right away. Efficient, honest, and knowledgeable service. I will definitely call them again for future repairs.

We had a great experience with A+ Appliance Repair and Maintenance. From start to finish, the communication was excellent and everything promised was delivered. The technician arrived right on time, completed the repair exactly as quoted, and the initial service charge for coming out was correctly applied toward the final repair cost—just as explained when we scheduled.

The service technician Ali is Amazing and knowledgable. Service fees are STEEP. I wanted to consultant pricing with my wife before we made a decision and they called me 7x a day until paid the service fee. It felt over the top. They need a better system when it comes to the service fee

Ali did an excellent job repairing our Bosch dishwasher! He was timely, communicative, and very knowledgeable.

We called on a Thursday and they had someone out the next day to diagnose the source of the leak. In addition the pricing was extremely reasonable. Our refrigerator broke down, and we were worried about a massive repair bill. Technician came out and was a total pro. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Instead of replacing everything at once, he took a strategic approach and installed the cheaper part first. It ended up being the only thing that needed fixing! It’s rare to find someone so honest and skilled. We are very grateful!"

Kuna replaced the freezer fan and defrost temperature sensor on my GE refrigerator/freezer. He did a great job and my refrigerator/freezer is running like new! Highly recommend! Good service and price.

Our dishwasher repairman, Sergei, was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and kind. He quickly diagnosed our issue and took the steps needed to fix the problem. We appreciated that he explained everything, and he also thoroughly cleaned up the work area.

I just had my dishwasher repaired and I must say it was one of the best appliance repair experiences I have ever had. From scheduling the appointment to finished repair, A+ was a 10/10. Our service person A Kuna was very thorough and professional. He checked out our leaking di as washer and zeroed in on the problem. He explained it completely and gave us a quote so we could make an informed decision. We recommend this company and A Kuna.

Fast and reliable service. Sergio came within 3 hours of my initaial call, he had great customer service. He Fixed my dryer within 45 min. Seemed to be reasonable priced.

Alex arrived right on time. He went to work right away with testing our washer. He found the problem, gave us a fair quote. He’s extremely nice - English is not his first language but he uses a translation app to give and receive information. We’ll keep him on our list. We haven’t made a decision yet as to whether or not we’ll have it repaired, and if we do, we’ll ask him to come back and do it.

Response to my request fur service was quick and the Service Professional, was very professional and knowledgeable of the appliance ( Frigidaire Refrigerator) and its functioning, as well as in his knowledge and explanation of problem and services needed!

A+ Appliance did an A+ job. Scheduling was easy. An appt was available the next day. The technician was courteous and did a thorough job checking the machine over for the diagnosis. When the part came in, the same technician came out to replace it. He did a great job replacing. Will use their service again if ever necessary.

I was very grateful with the company being able to send a technician to my home the same day I called. Sergei is a very knowledgeable guy. He took his time looking at my refrigerator and then he explained to me with all honesty that it would be much cheaper for me to buy a new refrigerator instead of trying to fix the one I have. I really appreciated his honesty, that told me I was dealing with a decent company.

Very professionals. They responded promptly to the request and arrived on time. The technician, Ali, was very knowledgeable. He explained the problem with our oven in a detailed manner and fixed it. He was also ver considerate. He even wore shoe-covers not to dirt the floors and left everything clean.

Sam was wonderful! He arrived in a couple of days, to inspect my dryer, and to figure out what parts he needed. He was here about a half hour with an estimate. He came back the very next day with the parts, and installed them and cleaned everything with my dryer. Once again, within a half hour. My 20 year old dryer is like new! He is very nice, polite, well spoken, very clean and neat, on top of being very knowledgeable, and fast, but not reckless. He is precise and logical. No fooling around. I highly recommend him, and would hire him again in a second!

Prompt, even a little early, great concise communication. Bootied, professional, knowledgeable, informative, price was as expected. I have an older dishwasher and he knew how to explain the issues as it reaches its twilight years. Highly recommended.

Sergei arrived early for the appointment, which I saw as a plus. I explained the issue that was going on with my oven, and he immediately went to work. Within about 10-15 minutes, he told me what the solution would be and provided a very reasonable quote. After I accepted the quote, he replaced the igniter switch and my oven worked good as new! I greatly appreciated the promptness, professionalism and the quick service, all at a great price. I will definitely use them again! Give them a call, you won’t regret it.

As a real estate agent, I have to rely on quality service providers and this company was amazing! The customer service is wonderful and Kuna, who was able to fix the oven Range in one of my listings was very patient and I was happy he was able to make it work! Also, Tenzin helped me find a replacement refrigerator handle for an old fridge which saved my Client quite a bit of money :-) I can’t wait to use this service again!

The service fee was very reasonable and I appreciate how it will be removed if it requires a bigger scope. I appreciate the technicians not trying to spend more than necessary and was able to make the determination between fixing vs buying a new appliance. The technician and help center were both very helpful and responsive and answered right away. They gave 30 min notice before arriving there and spent time to talk through the issues. I really appreciate them!
