I called Mr. Appliance of West Loop for a dish washer repair and was impressed by how knowledgeable the technician was. He explained the problem in plain terms, fixed the machine quickly and left everything spotless. The service was friendly, on time and the price was fair. If happiness had a location on Google Maps, it would be here.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had. I want to warn others so they don’t waste their money. We contacted them in July after our fridge was no longer working. I was excited because they could come out right away and service our fridge. The original technician came and told us everything would be fixed in 5-7 days once the parts came in. Our fridge was FINALLY serviced in September. For those 6 weeks we never received any updates on our services and it was nearly impossible to speak with anyone. Once the second technician came out our fridge still did not work. They refused to come back out until we bought more parts. During this time we spoke to a manager who also was ineffective at communication. Previous to this we were told our fridge will be working after the repair. We asked for a refund on their work or service which they declined. They also refused to come back out.

We went with a different company (since fridge) still didn’t work for them to say the part repaired was never the issue. I have reached out to Mr. appliance multiple times without any response. Or the call centers response of the “someone has already spoke to you before”.

I’m hoping maybe I can get some clarity after this review. But in the meantime hope no one else loses money to such a poorly ran company

The confusion over charges, not being contacted when I inquired about a repair, shoddy workmanship from the first person who came out, being told I have a balance when I’ve never received anything indicating that, and then not being told I’d be charged for this second visit was really frustrating. Being told that bc this emplyee was let go and that the company wasn’t taking responsibility for their own inaction multiple times doesn’t make me want to come back or recommend you all. Only bright spot was today’s person Luis was nice and knowledgeable. Wish he had been sent out the first time to do competent work.

Since I can’t respond to the below, editing my review to provide clarity. I never complained about a warranty. Your employee decided not to charge me the extra amount but you still kept the balance. I also paid that balance today even though I shouldn’t have, even Luis didn’t fix the issue. So you sent two technicians out to diagnose and neither did correctly. You also then didn’t call me to discuss this review but called my wife who wasn’t part of this conversation today.

Mr. Appliance of West Loop was prompt, professional, and communicated every step of the stove gas leak repair. The technician was efficient and reliable, getting the job done quickly and at a fair price. I highly recommend this appliance repair service and will definitely call them again. He saved me from having to replace the regulator. Super nice and honest.

One of the worst experiences I've had and unsure why it has gone downhill as I have used this group in the past. I had them come out to repair a washer on a new laundry center. The tech said it was the control board which is strange for a new washer. However, I had them replace it, then there was another issue. It worked for 30 minutes then the motor went out. I've tri3d to have management call me back on several occasions and have had no follow up. The tech was a no show for an appointment, never called me the owner, just fixed and sent a bill. A day later the motor went out. Remind you this is a new machine less than 6 months old. Had an electrician look at it and was grounded improperly, shorted the system and now another control board is needed. It is actually a wiring issue with the harness and the board never needed to be replaced. Have tried calling several times to talk to management and never receive a call back. Extremely disappointed with this company as they don't care about customer service, cant show up or call and seem to hire techs thst cant do the work. I even requested a different tech but got the same person.

I went there for stove and got one for $250, the stove had some issues when installed a burner was not working and the oven had some issues as well. After several weeks of trying to have it exchanged or fixed, they brought a dented and scratched up stove to replace it with. When buying a stove for yourself fork in the money and get something with warranty!! I could have gotten a brand new stove for $400 at SEARS but now I am stuck with a piece of garbage that cost $250.00.

Видно, что знает своё дело. Работал чисто, без лишнего шума, даже посоветовал, как правильно ухаживать за машинкой, чтобы продлить срок службы.

I contacted this facility to the fact that my dishwasher in my apartment stop working and I was struggling.. the people who I invited first time couldn’t fix it, so my hope was on them and surprisingly in in a good way they fixed it the same day and they had all needed parts and actually did a great job!
