We could not be more pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of both Khan and Eric from Chicago Appliances Repair. Our 20 years old refrigerator had multiple problems, making noise, too much condensation on the refrigerator side, and a leaking gasket. We found Chicago Appliances Repair and spoke with Khan. He was super helpful. Khan scheduled a next day appointment with us after providing the information about the refrigerator model and problems with the Subzero. Khan and Eric diagnosed the issues and ordered parts for the repair on their first visit . They were back the day after to fix the Subzero( replacing the compressor, fixing the leakage, adding freon ,and changing the gasket). We couldn't believe that our Subzero is fixed within 3 days. Both Khan and Eric were very polite and efficient. The price is very reasonable. We are super impressed with the service and the quality of work done by both technicians.
