Mixed review as the first technician didn't tighten the gas line connector properly and had a gas leak in the house for 3 days. 2nd technician was able to fix the issue.

I called 911 and ask them to fix my water; I was promptly arrested for misuse of emergency systems. Other than that minor flaw great company! Would recommend for water heating problems.

Daniel, & Luigi were my my technician's. I got fast service and walked away with hot water again. It's frustrating running out of hot water but finding out why & getting it fixed without going broke is just as important.

Hot water heater wouldn't stay lit, so I called Rheem warranty service at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, and I received a call from Hot Water 911 first thing the next morning - unfortunately, I had to wait for the replacement part to be sent to my home from Rheem, so I was unable to even schedule an appointment until it got there: after 2:00 pm Friday.

By that time, the guys were getting wrapped up for the day (they work until 4:00 pm), but the very helpful lady on the phone (whose name unfortunately escapes me) was able to get service tech Dan Wenciker to stop by on his way home. Dan was courteous, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He tested a few things, replaced my thermophile, then stuck around long enough to make sure it worked. Thanks to him and the helpful lady, we didn;t have to take cold showers all weekend!

My Rheem hot water heater stopped working. I contacted Rheem and they assigned 911 to my issues.
“Mike” from the company responded in Responder #7 truck. This kid is as sharp as a tack! He immediately went to work diagnosing my problem and did his best to solve my issue. Of course Rheem sent wrong part, Mike contacted Rheem and was on an indefinite hold with Rheem, very patient kid. I told him several times to hang up but he insisted he wanted to get my issues resolved; HE DID! This man Mike was very professional and courteous, restored my faith in customer service. This is definitely a company I would not hesitate to refer to family and friends.

The service is fast and reliable. The labor pricing is high, but tolerable. The replacement part pricing is unfair and borderline absurd. A replacement part that has the retail price of $60 was charged at $150.

It is one thing for a service organization to have reasonable markup on pricing of replacement parts, enough to cover their cost to obtaining the part and maintain a fair markup, but it is another to brutally rip off consumers.

Very grateful for their ability to help on short notice, but not at all grateful for the cold hard responses during the discussion of the replacement part markup.

Called regarding my tankless water heater---they were out the next day--which was perfect. Kevin Nelson was my tech, he got everything working again. Professional and informative. I would recommend HotWater911 especially if everyone is as helpful as Kevin.

Nick did an awesome job. Very responsive and professional. If you have a AO Smith tankless that is noisy/vibrates - these are the plumbers to call.

Replaced a water heater that was under warranty in a timely manner. Staff were professional and friendly while flexible when faced with a hiccup that was out of their hands (our issue). Overall, would recommend them for future projects.

Very helpful company to deal with. I needed a 50 gallon hot water fixed the day I called. They were able to help me and there technician was extremely polite and sincere person to deal with... After he fixed everything my 50 gallon tank was Awesome 🔥

Had to get an old GE hot water heater repaired, and most places wouldn't touch the thing. Design Temperature to the rescue! Kurt arrived earlier than anticipated and got the job done with ninja speed. Don't bother anywhere else. I almost want more things to break just to call Design Temperature back and see what else they can handle with such dexterity.

$200 travel charge and then also additional hourly fees for a service call to fix a tankless water heater is much higher then industry average considering they don’t cost more then $300-$400 brand new. They probably just replace and gouge you for price of a new one. It’s not rocket science or worth more then what a real MD charges. Totally ridiculous no matter how much experience or quality work they do.

Their service vehicle looks like an ambulance, so everybody was pulling over to to be courteous earlier today on the tollway for what they thought was an ambulance, and their service vehicle was speeding and weaving through dense traffic.

Greg was helpful to talk to on the phone this afternoon. Dan came to the building on time and tested our water heater. He had the right parts and made the repair quickly. Now we have hot water - great news for a cold winter day! Thanks, Dan!

Dan Wenciker blessed my home with his quick and accurate diagnose of the issues for my water heater, and fixed it right away. He also took time to educate me how to maintain the unit so that I can enjoy the Rheem water heater for many years. Thank you Dan for you great work!

I purchased a Rheem Water heater that was manufactured in 05/2020 and installed in 07/2020. After having service issues with the Rheem recommended warranty company and Rheem's response, I choose to use Hot Water 911 an authorized Rheem warranty service company. The customer service is amazing! After explaining what happened on a Sunday, they were on it first thing Monday. They even squeezed me in to a very busy day for me to get my repairs done and hot water!!! I will definitely use this service for all future water heater needs. Krista and Tony are second to none when it comes to making sure people are satisfied. Thank you!

Hot Water 911 is a lifesaver when your hot water isn't flowing! I was relieved to find a company willing to work on our 23 year old boiler and the recirculating pump. Luigi came out the day after I called and repaired the pump. When that still didn't fix the problem, I called again and Greg was at our home a few hours later, discovering that we had had two problems. He had the right part in his truck and we were up and running in less than an hour. Their prices are extremely fair. I would highly recommend.

Kurt provided excellent service on installing a new hot water heater and expansion tank. Arrived on time, answered questions, and was very professional even as to protection and cleanup up around hardwood flooring. Service and pricing were fair and competively priced. Decided to use them based on that, as well as original builder chose them for first install.
