Hot Water 911 is top notch. They have several dedicated and professional and experienced techs like Zach and Greg and the customer service and office/operations Manager Krista G is great too. I happen to have a tankless NTI dual water/heat boiler that has had every issue in the book (no repeat issues since Hot Water 911 took over though). And they have diagnosed , fixed and explained everything to me in detail , quickly and efficiently. If I could give 20 stars out of 5 I would.

Truly satisfied with the professional & great service I received. Mike O’Connor came out to do the repair on my water heater, he was very quick to find the problem & to do the repair. He was also very kind & thorough to make sure everything was running good. Thank you very much Mike!! Highly recommend if your looking for great service!

Two great plumbing companies who weren't equipped to handle my situation recommended these guys. I'm sure glad they did. Prompt service, professional team and excellent workmanship. They did a complicated job right and they did it fast. The owner followed up with me personally to make sure everything was taken care of. Won't even think about calling anyone else next time.

Our tankless combination boiler and hot water heating system stopped working in the middle of a very frigid night in February. I called Hot Water 911 at 7 in the morning and they sent a great tech out at 9 a.m. Sam and Greg were really helpful and professional. They were able to get my system back up and running in about an hour. Pleasure to do business with and I'll be using them again.

Awesome experience with this company!! I had an issue with our water heater and called these guys since they work directly with the manufacturer on warranty claims (Bradford White). They ultimately came out 3x over the course of a 5 week period (one visit was at no charge). The 3rd time they came was after I saw a leak in the tank and they did a full replacement. The staff and service technicians are fantastic...Krista in the office, Greg the Service Manager, and especially Luigi and Dan who came to the house and did more than expected. Highly recommend Hot Water 911!

Our tankless water heater was making some funky noises and we called hot water 911 after checking out some options of repair services. They were able to get someone out swiftly, they knew immediately what the issue was, ordered the part, came back to install and were efficient, professional, and informed. The two plumbers who replaced my Rheem 75 gallon hot water heater (it had to be replaced while under warranty) were on time and got the job done in 4 hours, which blew me away since they had to return the defective hot water heater to Home Depot and pick up the replacement. They removed the old one, returned it to Home Depot, picked up a new one, hooked it up and had it running in 4 hours. And they could not have been more polite, knowledgeable, friendly or hard working. Nothing was damaged while moving the very heavy units out and into the house. Can not recommend them highly enough!!

Saturday emergency service tech was responsive in under 2 hours. Phone dispatcher was also kind, quick, and thorough. Tyler was fantastic to work with and communicated thoroughly through the repair. They had every part our ultra high efficient water heater needed on the truck! So thankful for that! Was up and running in 2 hours and saved Saturday night business. Price hurt a bit with emergency service call rate but that’s a weekend for you.

I recently faced an urgent issue with my water heater—it was leaking from the top into the drain pan and stopped functioning. Despite the unit being under warranty, I couldn't reach the original plumber after hours. In desperation, I contacted a local, well-recommended service, which quoted over $5,000 saying it was time for a replacement.

Unconvinced, I reached out to the builder’s plumber the next day, only to find they no longer offered service appointments. They directed me to Hot Water 911 instead. Their customer service was exceptional; they arranged a late-night visit that fit my schedule. Even better, they informed me that technician Tyler could arrive within the hour.

Tyler was highly professional and super friendly. He diagnosed the problem as water seepage through the power vent tubing from a recent storm, due to a missing PVC elbow on the external vent. Tyler fixed the issue, cleaned the system, and ran multiple checks to ensure its perfect operation.

Since Tyler's visit, my water heater has functioned flawlessly. I am immensely grateful for Hot Water 911’s prompt and efficient service in Chicago. Jim and Greg were extremely helpful and expedited everything I needed within 24 hours. I am a restaurant owner so time was of the essence and the really came through for me in a crunch!

There install team Tyler and Nick exceeded all of my expectations and where an absolute delight to work with. I was extremely impressed with their ability to problem solve and adapt on the spot. Excellent company and I definitely will recommend them for friends and family. We have a 1.5 year old traditional water heater that stopped working. We appreciate the prompt service we received with Hot Water 911 on Northwest Highway. Mark the technician, arrived right within the time frame given to us by the dispatcher, and very quickly Mark was able to see what the problem was and replace the part. Great company, the part was covered under warranty, and the cost for the service call was well worth it. Thanks to Mark and the whole team at Hot Water 911!

Since I am not able to reply on my post, I will here. You were very rude during our visit. As for your "secretary" she has been rude eaxh and every time I have spoke with her. I'm guessing she didn't bother to tell you that she and the representative from Best Buy were found to be talking down on me when they didn't realize they had taken me off mute. Don't worry, you are not welcome in my home and I will assure you I will make sure you are not welcome in any of the residences and properties I know of.

Freddie and his partner where very professional and nice. They just installed my dryer in very tight quarters. They did a great job. I would recommend them.

I usually don't leave reviews on Google but people deserves to know how terrible this company is with their customer service!! Very unreliable, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I can't stress that enough! They have been ignoring phone calls, text messages. They don't submit diagnostic report to the insurance on time which we have been dealing with since they came and installed our new dryer (3 weeks already) which I definitely feel like they cut that wire on purpose so that we won't have a functional dryer and purposely don't send in their report so that it doesn't get fixed on time!!Not to mention, while doing installation they dropped the dryer and chipped my hard wood floor!! Don't book your services with this people! They deserve to lose clients for their poor very poor services!! They don't even deserve a single Star on this review !!!

Freddy Mendoza has worked on practically every appliance in my house! Not only is he able to repair almost anything. He also is honest about when it's time to replace. Freddy is courteous and always on time.

The community washer and dryer in our apartment have been out of order for 3 MONTHS and this company refuses to do anything about it. It’s been filled with this disgusting black water for 3 months and we are forced to smell it while we are trying to CLEAN our laundry. Machines ate my quarters and I have yet to be reimbursed! Terrible company to work with. I would give 0 stars if I could!
