This was an awful experience the repairman got his fee for diagnosis left did not put all parts taken off back on then called me back with a price of an additional 300.00. SMH

They never answer, always closed. Not sure if they are in business but two fridges bought within a year has already went bad.

I bought a gas stove and a refrigerator from them 2yrs ago. My fridge was making noise and they replaced it and came out to my house to see if was working to my satisfaction.

Stove caught on fire and the refrigerator leaks water and had roaches in it

I purchase a GE refrigerator and a stove brand new the appliances tonight like my refrigerator the filter was no good in there so I could not get water out of my refrigerator the owner was supposed to order the part for it it's been about 2 months now I haven't heard anything from the owner so I'm very displeased with the owner and its commitment to his products

This place is a scam and rip off I called about a used refrigerator three separate times each time I got three separate prices they charge people whatever they can get not the value customer service is the worst I ever deal with I would suggest two people go other places

They claimed that my washer was unrepairable, sold me a "new" used one which in 3 months broke down 4 times and last time they didn't even respond to come and repair. One star is too much! Don't do service with them.

I bought a washer and a dryer. The dryer is making a noise. I called them several times for them to come fix it. They never came and my warranty expired. The Arabic man kept saying he was coming and never came.

If you are in need of a repair, avoid this place. Very eager to take your “Cash Only” payment, but not really capable of fixing the issue that the determine. And then they’ll ghost you. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere.

Sold me a bogus washer and didn't want to replace it, had to call a male cause I felt they tried to take advantage being that I'm woman. They fake fixed it, It broke down after nine months and they didn't want to fix it...they stop answering the phone cause they knew who I was .. Bad Business and very bad customer service...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE..YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

They pretty much sell taped together garbage. Took a chance and bought a used refrigerator.
The next day woke to find everything frozen solid. Finally got someone out to fix that, woke up the next day to find everything defrosted. Bad investment!

They gave us a great deal on a bottom top loader washer dryer. They work well and I’m happy I don’t need to go to a laundromat!

Purchased 3 Refrigerators and 2 ovens for my apartment building and within 2 weeks one of the oven stopped working. Called Mo and the store several times to get it repaired/replaced, however, they kept avoiding my calls and when i finally got in contact with Mo (Owner), he stated it had to be the tenants fault. They never went out to fix the issue. WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

RUN!!!!! Don't spend your money here they are selling taped together washer and dryers They don't even make it to the 30 warranty I brought a washer and dryer from them This place the washer on its last leg the Dryer went out in 2 months I brought in August 2020 Dryer broke in October paid him $75 Dollars to fix issue he said the timer went out it will cost 200 what!! But the $75 went to a new dryer okay give me another one the the other dryer.broke again!!! It has not even been month yet RUN don't spend your money here on him his stinky shop or crackhead employees!!! Get out our neighborhood doing our people like this!!!! GUESS HE SAW THIS POST HE MADE IT RIGHT HE BROUGHT ANOTHER DRYER THAT WORK ASAP!!

Please avoid this company If you don’t want to be ripped off. I called them to repair my oven handle and it caused me to have to get an oven glass repair. Because the man was so quick with fixing the problem and broke my oven glass. And they tried to give me one of their used oven but I didn’t take it . And they agreed to replace the glass that they broke. I waited about 2weeks for them to come back to complete the job they charged me $250 for a oven glass they broke. Moral of the story RUN I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I called them Scammers.

I bought a refrigerator and it leaked at had issues from the very beginning. The “warranty” did not last or cover anything. They damaged my rear porch when they “installed” the items. I also bought a washer and dryer from them. Dryer required a $261 repair. And then both washer and dryer died a few months later. I called Eddie who gave me his word that he would take care of everything no problem but then he stopped responding. I drove up to take to someone at the store. The same exact situation. Do not waste your time. Just buy what you need at Home Depot. I basically paid the price of a new appliances. Feels like a scam.

They were horrible and this is after I bought a stove from them. The stove was fine. So I bought a washer and dryer from them. The dryer would not get hot. I called them in after the 30 days guarantee and paid to have it repaired. They said they repaired it. It still wouldn't get hot. They would not repair or replace and they stopped taking my calls. I hope they close up before they take anyone else's money.

This experience is something I rarely see in Chicago. I don’t do reviews but the quality of this overall experience was hands down amazing! The owner was very cool and flexible with our schedule and even the prices. The movers were phenomenal. They were Hard working, dedicated to their craft, and relatable. My wife has been more excited about the overall experience and calling to brag to others. I really would order more appliances from them.
