Wish it was this easy every time I needed a contractor to address home issues. From initial phone call through system install all communication and service ran smoothly. Ben, the owner and team arrived on site as planned even though we were in mid February with bitter weather and installed a new radon mitigation system. The sump pump and basement cracks were sealed dropping radon readings down to 0.3pCi/L, way below EPA’s 4pCi/L threshold providing my family a safe home. Additionally, Ben's team prior to sealing sump area cleared an issue I was not aware of with my backup pump system as well as a hidden leak in out-pipes. To me this demonstrates thoroughness through caring about quality to ensure customers are taken care of, delivering exceptional overall service.

Had an amazing experience with the Radon Gone team. I had to cancel my original appointment I had. It was easy to reschedule. His price quoted is what I was charged. They explained everything they were adding to our system. Also checked to make sure our sump pump was sealed as well. Ensuring we had an effective system installed. Definitely would recommend!

Radon wasn't on my radar until a neighbor made a comment to me in passing. I got an Airthings tester and my levels were in the 4-8 range in my basement and 2-5 in my kitchen. Obviously, cause for concern.

I called Ben on a Monday and by Tuesday at 2PM the system was installed for the exact quoted price. Radon levels obviously fluctuate based on your setting and conditions, and I know when I was looking for a contractor I wanted to know numbers and if the levels went down and didnt see that info in any review. In my case, levels have been sub 1.0 when its sunny and hot and get just above 1.0 when it rains or is about to rain and the barometric pressure goes up.

Ben is now going to be installing systems for any of neighbors who have issues. Cant recommend Ben enough. A+ communication and A+ service. If you're concerned for your family's health, just call Ben.

Ben did a great job installing passive Radon mitigation system. He not only installed the mitigation system but also gave few tips on sump pump maintenance, caulked the ground breaks.
