Ben did great work, was professional, easy to work with and the best price. We had 2 other companies come out to do quotes and they were unable to complete the job due to an atypical floor plan. Ben came up with a creative and effective plan and completed the job seamlessly.

The positive reviews are not a fluke. Ben answered the call on the first or second ring. He quoted me and came out within a couple days. Ben and his father did an excellent job. To complicate things, I had plumbers in at the same time, but Ben was able to work with and around them. My levels were not that high to begin with, but I have concern for my family. Within 1-2 days the levels dropped precipitously to well below 1.0. It's great to get that kind of feedback and see those kind of results right away.

Ben was at our house the day after we called. Explained exactly what was up (burned out fan), replacement was exactly what he quoted. It was fixed quickly AND he installed a view port in our metal sump pump lid! And AND he was very patient and helpful in answering all of our questions about the reason mitigation system we inherited when we bought our home.

Ben answered on the first ring, provided a quote in the same phone call and came out the next day to install. He walked me through the entire process, was accurate in his timeline and gave instructions upon departure. He also attached a reader to the outgoing pvc pipe that shows the pump is working and showed me how to detect if it wasn’t. I wish shopping for everything was THIS EASY.

After finding my basement (where I work) was consistently over 4 pCi/L (averaging 6 some days), I looked for a radon mitigation system installer and found Radon Gone. They were super quick to respond to my inquiry, were able to give a quote on the same day, and install a week later. The radon levels dropped starting the following day and now average below 1 pCi/L. They were fast, did quality work, and worked with me on placement for the vent that was unobtrusive but still within code. Very happy with the investment and results.

Crimson Design did a great job enclosing our back deck into a three-season room/sunroom. This involved adding in new walls with floor-to-ceiling windows and a French door, reworking the electrical throughout the room, and incorporating the interior and exterior look into the existing design of the house. The final product looks great and the quality of the work is fantastic. Glenn was super communicative throughout the entire process. He answered all of our many, many questions and was flexible when we repeatedly changed our minds on a number of details. Pricing was negotiated up front and stayed on budget.
