Extremely poor sensibility and actions from their workers. Two of their vans flew out of a gas station in front of me where I had to slam on my brakes doing 50 mph. They then proceeded to go almost 10 mph under the speed limit, with the lead van all over the road, even crossing the center lane once. If they can't navigate the road safely, I can only imagine how much effort and dedication they put into their work.

These guys call my phone and hang up. This business should be avoided

This was the worst customer service I have EVER received. I would NOT use this company EVER!!! I called for an electrician and was told they had an opening between 9 am and 12 pm. At 11:15 am I got a call that he was running late and would be there at 12:15 pm. I said alright and waited. At 12:20 pm I texted that person and was told he was 10 mins away. At 12:40 pm I texted and he said 12:53 ETA. At 1:20 pm I called their office, where I made the appointment, and was told he came at 1:20 pm but I didn't answer my phone. I was on with the office. They said he left and went to his next appointment. The office said there was nothing they could do and I would have to reschedule. I said I wasted 4.5 hours waiting and that's the best you can do and she said yes that is all we are willing to do. For me it's about customer service and my first and ONLY experience with Guardian Electric was by far the WORST. FYI 1 star because you cannot post with NO STARS

Edwin from this company is super awesome. He has helped me before and I will continue to work with him. he came over on time, addressed the electrical issues in a timely manner, and gave me some electrical tips. I really appreciate and recommend.

This was my first time to hire the services of and I'm very pleased with them. Their electrician was on time, and quickly identified the problem around my home at a very reasonable cost!! I was called before Guardian Electrical arrived. They were punctual and professional. They did a great job. They took a lot of time settling up my ring account and showing me how to use it. They answered all my questions. I highly recommend their services.

I have hired Guardian Electrical a few times and each time he was professional, responsive and thoughtful. He also offers very reasonable pricing compared to other quotes I received. He takes time to explain the issue and takes care of the work right away. It's hard to find a reliable and reasonable licensed electrician so I highly recommend them .

Karl canceled first, then next day was quite late. He didn't know much about electricity and charge a lot upfront, just to say that the microwave was broken.

Pathetic customer service. In spite of me providing the full picture that the socket is behind the machine and will need 2 people, they send one. He took $85 as "service fees" for showing up and did not do anything.
Another technician was scheduled and that kept rescheduling for 1 week.
So one week later, after more than 40 calls and 7 reschedules, my simple problem still remains.
This place is a waste of time and money. Do not contact them unless you want to just sit on your electricity problems.
