This is a great business and the team they have has taught me so much about the electrical industry. It is one thing to give great service and value (which they do) but the advice and education is the priceless thing that Grant provides.

I have been buying from them for about 18 months now and I plan to continue to.

This is a family owned business and it really shows.

Unfulfilled Warranty and Poor Customer Service

I had a warranty on LED lights through Grant Electric, and the delivery/replacement has never happened. Despite multiple emails and texts saying the lights were on the way, I still haven’t received them. Communications with Mike from Grant Electric have been one-sided and unhelpful; he has repeatedly avoided my attempts to follow up, leaving me without a resolution.

What went wrong:
Warranty claims not fulfilled
Repeated promises of shipment not honored
Poor communication and lack of accountability from staff

What I expected:
A clear ETA and actual delivery or replacement
Direct contact with a supervisor or manager
Timely and professional handling of the claim

Would not recommend based on this experience. If you’re considering Grant Electric, proceed with caution and demand documented timelines and accountability

Great local source for all types of electrical supplies. From insulated connectors, lighting, wire, all the way to specialty job site equipment. Daniel, Adrian, and David run a tight ship and do an amazing job helping the local contractor, builder, and homeowners in the area. Knowledgeable, friendly, and well priced. Great company!!

I do not recommend. I went into a T-shirt another electric supplay one of the sellers will have 10% added to my purchases he spoke Polish and I am Polish so I understood what he was saying. walked over to the english speaking seller. I ask for the price, he wrote on a sheet of 270.99 + tax, he took the phone in his hand and counted something, and he wrote 338.73 and he says this is your price + tax .. so for entering another electric supply T-shirt, he added an extra 25% ($ 67.74) to me

nie polecam. wszedłem w podkoszuka innego elektrycznego sklepu jeden ze sprzedawców będzie miał10 % doliczone do zakupów mówił po Polsku a ja jestem Polakiem więc rozumiałem co mówi. podeszłem do mówiącego po angielsku sprzedawcy. pytam o cenę ten napisał na kartce 270.99+podatek wzioł telefon do ręki i coś przeliczał, i napisał 338.73 i mówi to jest twoja cena +podatek.. więc za wejście w podkoszulku innego elektrycznego sklepu doliczył mi extra 25 %
